Compared to the first fitbit this is 100 present better. I have had no issues with the charge 2. The phone calls and texts come through like clockwork. I like that you can change the band.

I really enjoy this fitbit. It works well. The only problem I have is I can't check anything when the stopwatch is running. Maybe I haven't figured out how to work that part.

I have a FitBit and love it. My daughter liked mine so much that she wanted one. This one doesnt have all of the feature that my Blaze has, bit it is perfect for her.

This is my second Fitbit. I had Charger earlier, but the wrist band was worn out in less than an year and became unusable. But Charger-2 had removable bands, which helped me.

I tried a few fitness bands and this one works for me. The only down side is the thickness of the screen, you have to find a comfortable spot for your wrist when you sleep.

I already had a Fitbit before just upgraded to the new model and I love this new cool color. Does everything the HR did plus it Has interchangeable bands! I'm pleased with my purchase.

I purchased the Fitbit Charge 2 for my wife as a Christmas gift. The product itself is well made and the band feels and looks very durable. My wife was excited to use the product, but quickly confused and disappointed with the accuracy of the pedometer. She walks in the morning pushing my son in his stroller and since her hand is stationary the device does not count her steps. The product assumes on a person moving their arms as they walk. Total miss on our part, I guess common sense would suggest Pedometer equals feet and this product is for your wrist. She said shes going to keep it anyway, not being a techie other products might be too complicated. All in all, the cosmetics and app are the best part of this product.

I really like the upgrades that were made to the Charge 2 from my old Charge Fitbit. It is very user friendly. I like tag you can change the band colors to suit your mood.

I have the previews fitbit hr was great but i upgrade for the new Fitbit - Charge 2 Activity Tracker + Heart Rate and i am just happy. With it big screen better to check your goal i love it

I purchased the Fitbit Charge 2 for my mother's birthday. She absolutely loves having the ability to see who calls her from the device, as well as the ease of tracking her workouts.

When my previous Fitbit died, I debated another fitness tracker, but stayed with this brand because of their customer service. The only thing that kept me from giving this product 5 stars is that it is not a swim tracker as well. All together, a great product

I bought a Fitbit for my boyfriend this Christmas. He enjoys how it is waterproof. Sometimes the touch screen isn't too responsive. Other than that, everything is good about this product.

I bought this Fitbit for my daughter to replace her Aria which broke. She's very happy with the way it syncs to her smartphone and the option to change wrist bands to other colors.

This fit bit is awesome. I can see whose calling and who is sending me a text on my wrist. Love the features. Would recommend getting the protection plan, but we'll worth every penny.

My wife hasn't used all the features in her fitbit yet, but what she has used works great. It looks great and provides all the important statistics for her. She's very happy with it!

I bought this for my sister in Alaska who constantly is outdoors and it does everything she wants regarding tracking her health. Definitely worth it, especially if it’s on sale

This watch was great. Eventually swapped it for a different one but I loved the step counter and the sleep tracker. Great for the price point.

Great overall health tracking device. Works great with other applications. Functionally, this Fitbit is better because there is no longer the need for the usb bluetooth syncing device.

I got this for my mom and she has loved it ever since. It helps her track everything she wants to track and she is not the most tech savvy person but she understands this!
