Bought one for my wife's birthday..It has been a month and she hasn't encountered any issues..She loves it and she is so happy and help her motivated more on her workout routine!..

best buy had exactly what I was looking for in a fitbit they also had a salesman that knew how to program my fitbit and connect it to my phone ..product was in stock and priced right

This band is tuff unlike my previous Fitbit Charge HR's. I don't think it will break or operate anytime soon. The large face is better and the various options to start a run, workout, elliptical etc is a nice twist since it acknowledges different exercises.

The charge 2 is a big improvement over the charge hr. The tracking features are great and accurate. It has really motivated me to keep up with my workouts and helped me lose weight.

I liked it for the style and comfort but it seems like the app is limited to basic exercises. It does not allow you start/finish a time of exercise. And it limits the type of exercise. It will track my walking yet when I was at the gym it would not be able to track my weightlifting or my cycling due to being stationary. It states that it does by the heart rate yet it never seem to work on mine. Also, it would not connect to my iPhone (possibly just an issue with that single fitbit). Even tried resetting both my phone and fitbit, still would not link. If you are looking for a little bit more than the Fitbit Alta but less bulky than the Blaze; than this is a good between one. And it looks good for any occasion.

Very happy with my upgrade! Went from a Flex to this and it's great. Love that it syncs to my phone and sends me notifications. Movement reminders are awesome. Great overall product.

Already had a Fitbit charge HR and bought this one for my son. Definitely more functional, pleasant screen and being able to change the bands is a plus compared to the previous version.

Nothing is better than friendly reminders from your activity tracker to move to achieve your fitness goals but being able to complete with family & friends just makes everything FUN!!!

I got this as a birthday present for my son. He loves it! He really likes the big display and brightness. I own a Charger HR and the HR 2 is really nice I am considering one for myself!

Its my first time with a Fitbit so i barely learning how to use. So for now I do like it. And it does what it supposed to do. And i love the color purple so I got this color.

It works well, just would like written documentation vs only having online videos. Some functions take some understanding on how they work and how to use them. Was surprised on the price difference in an all black vs black and silver fitbit.

I enjoy this product and what it does. My only complaint would be that since it is supposed to be tighter on your skin, it hurts to wear after awhile. There's not much one can do to change this, but I wish I'd been aware of this before buying the product.

Love my fit bit. It really makes you more conscious on the amount of walking/exercise each day. And this connects with my I phone and I pad so I can log calories and water intake.

Just so much to do with it. I'm learning how to enjoy less fat. The salmon patties were good. I like the way I could stack them and get them crispy. I could do 6 of them at a time.

I would rather rate it as tracker than a watch although it looks like a watch. the band is hard and I see marks on my hand when ii wake up. not much concerned though. I am able to achieve some discipline with exercise after buying this one. Like it so much

Best Buy did a price match for me and their customer service people were very helpful, not rude at all and this was the reason I purchased my FitBit from them and not the company.

I has the original Charge fitbit and LOVE the new one - I like that I can see everything instead of going to my phone all the time and LOVE that I can change the bands!

Great product. I bought the extended warranty, had a problem, took it back, no questions asked, and it was replaced. Wouldn't go anywhere without the Fitbit. Love it!!!!!

I got this watch for my dad on his birthday and he loves it! He wears it almost every day to work and it's awesome! It's not as high tech as an Apple Watch but it is quite stylish. It tracks your steps accurately and displays any incoming calls or texts!
