Hate to be without my Fitbit. I always purchase the extended warranty and Best buy stands behind it. My strap broke and replaced with no problem

Great fitness tracker. Synchs up with computer with no problem. Smartphone app was no compatible with my phone (Blu phone), but that is is Blu's problem.

Make what was meant to do, nothing impressive. It would be nice if we could log drank water through the band, and receive reminders to drink water now and then, so not having to open the app and log it in.

This is a great Fitbit! Purchased it for a Christmas present for my son-in-law. He has been racking up his steps & enjoys seeing how active he is.

Love this Fitbit charge 2. Fits great around my wrist. Love the fiture that tells you to get up and move or feed me for steps. Cute and funny.

Purchased this one because wanted to start tracking my progress or non-progress daily. This lets me know when I'm not keeping keeping my part on my goals.

Excellent fitness tracker - if you liked the previous version will love the next generation (mainly used for running and tracking daily performance goals)

I dont workup but i like to wear my fitbit just to keep track of my steps. This is a nice watch. I like that i can see who is calling and text messege.

I have been happier with this one than with the original one. As I said, it gives much more information and they are much more stylish Than the original.

I had an old Flex and decided to upgrade. So happy I did! The extra readings right on the device are great and I also like that I can switch out the band.

I like the fitbit, wearing it makes me more aware of how much exercise and walking i do during the day. One con my fitbit does not always record the right amount of times, I go up a flight of stairs. Just annoying.

I have bought many Fitbit products and I liked this product, except it tracked way too many steps. We returned it for an Alta HR which we are much happier with.

I use my Fitbit charge 2 daily for personal use and for working out stats. It’s nice to see my status throughout the day & my sleep pattern.

Love the new watch type fastener, it's comfortable and the screen is easy to read. I also really like the blue color, it's like a neutral, not too bright.

First having a charge HR and now the second generation charge HR 2, there is way more options to choose from and works great with a wireless device.

Perfect fit for everyday wear unlike some of the other, bulkier types. It has all of the functions I need and the watch face is very easy to see and read.

This is my first fitbit. Got it as a gift. I did pick it out though. I love it. It looks pretty on the wrist and is packed with a lot of information.

Loved how it worked. It was great being in Fitbit challenges with friends. Unfortunately 3 returns, the bands are awful, switched to Apple Watch

Purchased plum for my sister for her birthday. She exchanged for black one. She wears it everyday. She says display is much better than previous model.

Bought this as a valentines gift for my wife. She enjoys it a lot and it helps keep her motivated to stay active. I don't know much about it other wise.
