I upgraded from a lesser Fitbit to this because it has more functions. Best Buy gave me a great buy and Fitbit has offered outstanding support.

An excellent product. Measures up very well for the price. A good step forward from a basic Fitbit. Very versatile. Works as advertised.

Pros: Larger display, interchangeable bands, more fashionable looking than similar fitness devices Cons: Surprisingly complex to use - takes time to get used to various commands (prepare for LOTS of tapping).

I got it for a gift and my mother loves it. She only takes it off to charge. Great features such as being able to get text notifications.

This Fitbit is a great replacement for my previous Fitbit Charge HR. I love the interface on the app and it’s easy to use and charge.

The charge 2 Fitbit is so hard to achieve my 10,000 goals step and it don't get the miles displayed on my Fitbit. I like the charge cable it Easy to connect.

I purchased the Fitbit Charge 2 after my old Fitbit Charge HR fell apart and I was unable to plug it in to charge it. I like the larger display and the ability to change wristbands. I also like the prompts to get moving. I am still learning the technology that this device has to offer. The BIG thing I am unhappy with is the notification system with receiving calls and text messages. The vibration/alert is very faint and not always functioning. The old device was much better. I am hoping that this gets resolved because that is why I choose this model. I loved this feature in my old Fitbit.

I purchased a blaze when it first came out. Keeps me on track. My wife wanted one so I thought it would be a great Xmas gift. The price was a plus

Bought this as a present and they absolutely love it great for any type of activity level and can be worn through the day and still looks stylish

I think I am finally happy with the the fitbit charge2. I had a battery issue with the Charge HR and a very hard time connecting with iPhone6s with the Blaze! The Charge2 seems to be a perfect match for me.

My daughter is in college and this is helpful for tracking her steps and can get messages without having to pull her phone out in class.

Purchased a fitbit as a gift for someone. It did not work properly so I contacted Fitbit. They provided excellent service and a new Fitbit.

I love Fitbit! This watch is great love the option to do a 2 minute breathing exercise. Pretty disappointed the band didn't even last 3 months.

My wife had the first fitbit and this is leaps and bounds beyond it! Fits well, works great and the charger is much better than the first fitbit.

I enjoyed using this product for the week or so that it worked. Then it suddenly stopped. Recharging didn't help. Resetting didn't help. None of the online troubleshooting helped. Very disappointing!

I have owned the FitBit Charge for over two years and it was time to upgrade. So I got the FitBit Charge 2 and so far it has been great. The touch screen feature has been a great improvement to the Charge.
