    Fitbit needs to do a better job with their step counting, I was move my arm to open a drawer and it counts as a step or two. The other features work well.

    Bought it to see my steps and such . The band is a little stiff (rubbery) and when i touch it bc it didn't come on when i turned it to look at it.. it won't sometimes work

    Really like what the fitbit has offer, the only downsides we have found is that is doesn't count actual steps, seems like movement will trigger "steps" to be counted.

    This new model is improved vs the previous version. The straps seem to have a better quality and are exchangable. Has more features in the display. I totally recommend it.

    I love this Fitbit charge2. My only complaint is that it should come with a screen protector or a screen that doesnt scratch and the band should be easier to take off
