I don't believe the heart rate is always accurate as I take my HR manually when exercising and with another chest monitor and the Fitbit is always 20-30 bpm lower. Also , the sleep tracker seemed very accurate the first 4 weeks but no longer seems accurate as it shows me sleeping just 3 hours and I know I sleep better than that.

I did not choose Fitbit but it was the only other option after my UP3 from Jawbone broke. The company sadly is not going to continue. The "silent" alarm does not buzz strong enough to be detected to wake you up or to even be noticed for any timers you set. Suggestion: It would be nice if you could have a low/med/high intensity for the buzz as a choice. The review of your sleep pattern is lumped into awake/restless OR asleep. What happened to the 4-5 stages that you go through a night - and why is REM sleep not detected at all. These are vital stages to know when you have a sleep issue. Sadly to say all this band will be worth to me is to count my steps and be a watch. Yes I am VERY disappointed especially in the area of sleep. And for those who comment: (And no I am not going to go Premium because the information on sleep does not change. I have also gone through every area in the manual on the sleep)

I like the new features on the Charger 2. I like being able to read my texts.
