    The pedometer function is good, as are the alerts, but the pulse monitor is very inaccurate. It tends to spike (display very high >110) pulse rates when my pulse (checked at the same time at the carotid artery) is actually low.. Too bad because the pulse monitor is one of the main reasons I bought this device.
