Had an HR that literally fell apart. Got the 2 as replacement. The hardware seems more durable, but the app has changed so many times that there is very little to be customized for my needs. The 2 also created info that was not my input & had to reboot.

I had the Microsoft Band 2 prior to this watch so maybe that's why I didn't like it. This product was a complete downgrade compared to my prior band so it was returned back to the store 2 days later.

Very uncomfortable, sits high up on the wrist. No matter how many times I adjust it it's very uncomfortable and irritating to my arm/wrist/hand. Don't know what this thing is emitting, but it bothered my wrist, arm ,and hand. Returning asap.

It's ok. Fitbit customer service has gone downhill. The charger stopped working and they refused to replace it. The band also broke. Almost lost it. I would not but this again.

I bought the Fitbit to monitor my quality of sleep. unfortunately, it does not work consistently to show light, deep, and rem sleep. It frequently shows just shows total asleep and awake time . Technical support has not been able to help

Received as Christmas gift. Was excited to ditch polar HR monitor and strap. HR reading seems to be low during strenuous activities. Can't figure out step/calorie difference between elipitcal machine and fitbit. OK for fun but not serious monitoring

I walked all thru Costco yesterday and ended up with my fitbit saying I had taken 200 steps. Incorrect read. I find this to be true quite a lot. I took my 1st fit bit back because of incorrect steps and the 2nd one does the same!

I think it's great however, at times it had glitches! For awhile, it wouldn't remind me to get up and move. And I would constantly check if it was working with my app on the phone, which it was. But many times, it would stop and not work.

My husband bought for me. I wanted to track my steps and to track my sleep. It works great. The only problem I had with it was after some time I noticed the screen cracked on both sides.

This product is overrated. It does not do a good job of picking up your hearrate. Also has a hard time picking up the activities. Misleads your steps. While driving my car, it counted plenty of steps. Also, the sleep tracker is misleading.

Okay for first time users but somewhat disappointed how it reports stats. Have only had 1 year & think battery is already going bad. Would not purchase this product again-think Apple products will be next purchase.

This was a gift for my wife, but neither we nor Geek Squad could get it to work as it will not connect to her phone or computer. Had to return it. Will perhaps purchase another Fitbit when she upgrades phone and/or computer.

I like the the comfort and the band of the Fitbit. My complaint is that 85% of the time it doesn’t come on when I bring my arm up to see the face. When I tap on the face it takes at least 5 or more try’s to come on.

Great product but it is not very accurate accounting steps. Very neat way to get back into shape and to challenge yourself just don't look for too much accuracy. Go with the belt style if you're looking for accuracy and your pedometer

They want you to wear it 24/7 while exercising, yet I have had my son's replaced due to the band falling apart 3x. Not from excessive wear, from quality. Always get the warranty!!
