Makes a great Christmas gift and it's great seeing how much exercise you really get each day as well as sleep. However, I bought two and both screens cracked right after the warranty expired.

I don't like the plastic band. It sweats even if your not working out. I understand when working out it would but not for everyday use. Then to have to pay $60 for the leather one isn't worth it. I don't wear it any longer.

Great until the heart rate monitor broke

Loved it. After a week or so, the heart rate monitor became inaccurate. Until then it was right on. It matched exactly the reading that the pulse meter gave. May have been a fluke. Would still buy again.

It did not work for me.

It did not obtain any data for sleep for me. I tried both wrists and different tensions on the band - no luck. It was hit and miss with heart rate; sometimes close to correct, sometimes off by 20 bpm or more.

Although I love Fitbit as I have a Versa & a Blaze, I didn’t care for this model. The face is just too small & the band was very uncomfortable. That being said, overall, I still recommend Fitbit products

Purchased as a gift. The first version would not charge. The second version would not hold a charge. The third time there was not the same model/color available, so a few weeks later - still awaiting credit back

    Does not track runs correctly

I bought the fitbit specifically to track my runs. The running is very off, I ran 3 miles and it only tracked 2.06. It's very upsetting. I turned on the GPS so it could be more accurate and it only differed by a little.

Great product for me and my wife for challenges.. But we ah e to charge it every other day or every third day.. It gets kinda annoying to take it off and put it back on and lose steps and time doing this

I had wanted a fitbit for YEARS and finally bought one. I had major problems with the band breaking - the connection to the unit broke off. The original broke, the spare broke, and the replacement that fitbit sent me broke all within the first six months or so. I ended up superglue-ing the band onto the unit. After a year and a half, the unit started malfunctioning and I gave up on it.

Had to return it to the store. It was to replace my first fitbit. Was not told at the store that it wasn't compatible with my windows 8. I really feel that I should not rate it. Was not able to even set it up.

I don't think there's anything special about this. Personally, I went back to just a regular fitbit flex, but if you're looking for something special, go with an Apple Watch or a Samsung smart watch for the price.

I liked the product and how it fit and the size however I questioned the accuracy of the heart rate and steps as it would show movement and running at times when I would sit on the couch.

This is one of the few items that I ever returned after purchasing. I believe the company targets iPhone users with this product. It didn’t have complete functionality with the droid.

Works good with steps not so good when I work out and monitoring my calories burned on an hourly basis. If you're looking for a step counter this is great not necessarily the heart monitor quality!

I love the functions but the screen has already cracked twice and the way I wear it has caused a bruise on my wrist. I've had it for a month and still not sure if I want to continue wearing it.

The Charge hurt my wife's wrist. I returned it and bought the Blaze. She really likes the Blaze. We bought a magnetic strap which she likes so much better than the strap that came with the Blaze.

It's OK.. Doesn't have any outstanding features.. Blue color strap looks good.. It keeps me motivated to move every hour and to complete the target steps. It may not be accurate though..

I really liked my Fitbit charger more than the Fitbit Charger 2. I wear it ALL the time. Only can tell the steps when I look at it. Vibrants for way too many things. Use my phone for rest of info.

we bought the fitbit to track steps and mileage. We found that is also tracks your arm swings so you get a mixer of movement and we wanted mileage.
