Had the Best Buy extra warranty thank goodness! After replacing this several times after many months of use and continued battery failures, switched to a newer model Fitbit.

It's hard to write an accurate review for this product. Thus far, I am unable to connect it to any of my devices. Probably gonna have to bring it back to the store to get some assistance.

I got the Charge 2 because my Charge had broke. I do like all the features to the Charge 2. The only thing I dislike is that I have a small wrist and sometimes it does not sit comfortably.

I really like the fitbit app. But the fitbit charge 2 device failed to record my daily activities. I use it during my exercise and noting has been recorded. Maybe it was a defect unit.

confused how item works. When I go up and down stairs it doesn't record wright. One day I went up and down at least 11 times and it said three. Don't think steps record correct either.

I felt as if it wasn't tracking all my steps as it should. I walked the same distance to test it three times and all three times I received different numbers. I have returned this item.

Does what I had purchased it for, just wish the quality of these trackers were better. This is the 3rd one I am on. Thank goodness I purchased the warranty plan; worth the price.

The wrist band broke after nine months. Luckily I got the warranty. Best Buy doesn’t fix them so they gave me a new one. I had to pay $30 to warranty the new one. Good thing I did because the new one broke eight months later. They no longer make that model so they refunded me a part of the cost. The new model which is more expensive has the same style wrist band. No thanks I’ll pass.

I had to superglue it back together after 6 months of use. Similar issues with the first generation Charge HR. I havent had a problem with the watch itself.

It is very watch like and I already had a Moto 360. I tried wearing it on my left wrist but it was uncomfortable. The unit worked well but I didn't need such a large one

I enjoy Fitbit products but this started breaking down. A piece from the strap came off. I decided to upgrade to the Fitbit versa.

This is a nice fitbit, but for the price difference I would jyst get the regular edition ones. The rose gold scuffs so easily. We ended up turning it back to the store

The Fitbit worked great but it is not very durable. If you are going to get this definitely get the protection because the bands will break off and that is covered.

I got a small and the band is really not small enough for my wrist. Will be looking at other bands that tighten tighter don' t feel like getting true readings.

I notice that it is sometimes off as much as 10% when tracking my steps as measured by my counting them and then comparing them to what the Fitbit says I have walked.

I thought since this was a new Fitbit model they would have the bugs worked out. The battery charge life is very short (2-2 1/2) days. My battery will only charge to 90 percent. Several days it notified me I have reached 10,000 steps and then later in the evening when I check it shows 6,000 to 7,000 steps. Who to believe? I even quit wearing it for 24 hours and when I picked it up to put on it showed I had already done over 2,000 steps. I would suggest checking Garmin or some other brand.

This is my first activity tracker and I had higher expectations. The heart rate function is not accurate for me. The overall function seems basic - not engaging.
