My wife's Iphone does not support this FitBit model. Needs to be upgraded to a more recent version which will happen soon. Best Buy Geek Squad was very helpful!

Initially difficult to set up. Fitbit support was great. Finally realized we needed to update our cell phones. When we did, everything worked much easier.

Worked great until it stopped charging and couldn’t be reset. Fortunately bought extended Best Buy warranty so they gave me a new one.

Several more features than Charge HR, but the heart rate monitor is still inaccurate when running or interval training. Love the link to phone GPS feature.

My Fitbit Charge2 works nicely, but I have found that it's not always accurate. Pulse rate seems to jump all over the place if you move your arm a lot.

i bought this tracker to keep track of my daily steps as well as my heart rate. I ended up taking it back to best buy due to it not being accurate (example from my bed to my bathroom which is maybe 5 steps - it said I had already taken 120 steps). We looked up the settings and tried to figure it out but was unable to make it show a close enough estimate of the correct steps that I had taken. However, my coworker has one and it works great for her.

My wife's wrist is the same size as the display and she wasn't crazy about such a large face. We traded it in for a smaller tracker and love it.

Fitbit is a good tracker. It is not always accurate with counts. It provides information on activity for Weight Watchers Free Style Program.

Love the color and the styling, but because of the HR detection feature, the device sits up very high on the wrist. In the end, returned it for the Alta.

The tracker itself works fairly well. However, I got this for my fiancée and the band gave her a bit of a rash over the course of the day.

Tried going in to change the info in settings and it reverts back to the original settings. It will not let you change the settings for your stride.

This calculates steps accurately, I find the heart rate feature not to be as accurate. It syncs easily with the app on your phone.

Nice device still prefer charge hr better than this one. This device can be less giving as far as flexibility. But overall it is a great fit it tracker.

I do not like fit or features as much as the Fitbit I had previously. I still cannot find out a way to monitor my heart rate or sleep habits

This Fitbit does not show the number of staircases climbed like it says it does. I called Fitbit direct, but they could not get it to work either.

I got this before I got a Apple Watch its cool I don't own it no more but for the time being tit was good

Was a gift, but returned because it wasn’t what I wanted. Nothing wrong other than wanting a smaller band for my petite wrist.

If you're buying this solely for exercise purpose, then it's a great product. However, if you're wanting more functions, this would not be it.

Got this for my fiancé and she wasn't a huge fan but it did the job well enough. she ended up trading it in for an apple watch.

Do not understand how to use the run and stopwatch. Should have a small summary in box or a website with instructions on how to use the features
