While the product may be excellent, there was no guidance that it would not communicate with older iPads (version 2), thus returned it.

This product was way to large. I am small built and the model wearing it was also small, but the picture was deceiving regarding it's size.

I really liked it. I might go back and purchase the Fitbit Flex 2. I like the push to get up and move and the monitoring of my sleep.

Luckily I purchased the warranty because the bands on the Fitbit have broke several times

Tracks all arm movements as steps taken rather than just when walking. Must wear tightly to always monitor sleep patterns.

Worked OK. Not intuitive as far as sinking GPS to the device with my I phone. It's even different depending on what activity you are doing which is a pain. Less than 3 weeks after my purchase it wouldn't charge. I called customer service (very poor communication skills and a language barrier...very thick accent) and they are sending me a new charger and a new Fitbit but it is taking a week to get it replaced.

Worked for 1 day then stopped. After hours of troubleshooting nothing worked. Brought back to store for return.

The Fitbit works good for about a year then have to replace. Third one and they have all lasted a year at a time.

I have had this for almost 2 years and I have had to replace it. The battery doesn't stay charges for too long..

The band always wants to come off and that's how I lost my last one.

I really like relaxation mode. However ,details NOT specific if you sleep less than 3 hours. Won't buy another.

Previous Fitbit only lasted about two years. My wife really liked it so she asked for another one. Hope it lasts longer

Performs as advertised. Keeps up with all your activities. The band is very comfortable and looks fantastic.

Bought for my wife. It was great at the time until touchscreen and smarter devices became affordable.

Great gadget. The battery life is just now I'm short for five days so I'll probably day can make it more I'm extend it.

It is a beautiful product but it has to charge often. And the wristband wears off easily for me since I work and hit stuff.
