    This is my second Fit bit. My first one fell off my wrist. I am on my way to replace band on this one cuz the band broke. Best Buy will only warranty for two weeks so I have to eat the cost of a new band. Lucky I didn't loose this one and I just have to replace the whole Fit Bit not the whole band

    This device does not sync well we with the Galaxy S8. Has the same problem as older versions

    Purchased Fitbit Charge as a Christmas gift for my sister. The watch worked for one week and then was malfunctioning so she had to have it replaced.Best Buy replaced without a hitch but unfortunately they did not have in stock the band color I had originally gotten, so she had to settle for another color. Really not happy with the products reliability.
