This Fitbit Charge2 is extremely inaccurate - it doesn't measure steps taken well, it doesn't record stairs correctly, and it doesn't report sleep start and end properly. If you are holding anything in the hand with the Fitbit, it doesn't record anything at all. Most days it showed me falling asleep at 2:00 am and up at 5:00 am, both of which were incorrect. The heart rate is the only thing I can't comment on as I haven't compared that another way. I was up and down the stairs in my home more than a dozen times the other day, between doing laundry, bringing in groceries, and walking my two dogs separately and often, and it reported that I climbed 2 flights of stairs - the reality was closer to 18 or 19 flights of stairs. I find this to be less than useful, completely inaccurate, and in addition it is not very comfortable. I am returning this Fitbit Charge2 after two weeks of trial, very disappointed that the statistics it reports are entirely worthless.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife since she had been wanting one. She loves it.

Can't believe after only 4 months has already stopped working and can't get it working.

I bought this when my old Fitbit broke. I should have bought an Apple Watch instead.

The first one I bought broke..then the 2nd doesn't received my notifications all the time.

Great for tracking your fitness goals, and knowing when you get a phone call or text!

I purchased it for my girl and she loved it, she uses it everyday We are healthy together

Good product but a bit too expensive. I would rather have the one with a band like a watch

Not a fan of this product. It counts even the smallest movement of your arm as a step.

Awesome features but a little uncomfortable, especially when hot or sweating.

Love this Fitbit...woukd rate 5 but hate that the band makes my arm itch!

Its an ok one, didnt liked the fact that it counts steps even when ur hand moves..

My first had to b e replaced as some parts did not register. Got a new one, now this one has to be replaced. Very unreliable. Not to mention that contrary to what I was told doesn't measure stationary bike HR etc. I specifically told staff that I wanted it for HR on stationary bike and they recommended FiTBit Charger 2. Sometimes it doesn't record steps than all of a sudden there are hundreds registered. The idea is nice but the device is totally unreliable. Although I am an elite member I was told I could only return it withing 15 days. Its now a month and the most I can do is to try another or be out $192,00 with Geek squad addition. Was told it was impossible to fix these devices so if they don't work and you have a Geek squad contract you just get a new one for up to two years. But there is no guarantee the new one will be any better. Seriously thinking of cancelling my Best Buy Credit Card as a result of this.

This was bought as a christmas gift. We have not given it to our daughter as of yet.

Lot of features. I like it. I gave it only 3 stars because the vibration doesn't work

Not sure of the accuracy of the step counter & life of the battery charge. Time will tell.

i purchased this as a gift for someone. no clue if they enjoyed it or not.

This one has better quality than before. But the heart rate is not accurate. Any for fun.

I wearing it everyday and keep track on my waking so that I know how many steps I did.
