I bought this thinking that it would help me monitor my heartbeat and regulate my exercise. It does not read above 138 bpm - just blanks out with dashes.

This device is not accurate, when I drive it will tell me that I walked 1000 steps per hour I was sitting on my car. The device is pretty but I did not like that it was not accurate to my physical activity.

I had a fitbit one, so I was hoping this would be a nice upgrade. I do not think this is as accurate as my much older fitbit one. It does not calculate stairs correctly, even after trying to adjust it. I wish I would have gone with the garmin.

I have had the first generation of the charge and loved it. However, the Charge 2 has a larger HR sensor on the back that is painful for someone with thin wrists. The screen is larger which is a nice feature, but adds too much bulk for me.

I was looking forward to using this Fitbit to encourage me to do more exercising and keep track of what exercising I did do. After reading what it takes to get it set up for me personally I decided to go a different direction.

Since purchasing this product, it will unexpectedly change the time and it won't synchronize very easily. It doesn't seem to want to charge anymore, so probably going to buy a different brand of tracker.

I absolutely love my Fit Bit .. only mine has a defect in the screen. It's cracked all the way down the side... unfortunately I couldn't make it back to Best Buy within 15 days , so I was not allowed to exchange... very disappointed

Helps keep up with steps I walk per day. Not sure on it's accuracy. Heartbeat monitor stays on constantly causing the battery to drain. Had to take one back and switch the warranty. Company offers no screen protection at this time.

I got this watch for a gift but it did not tack my steps accurately. If you swing my arm it is counted as a step. Sometime I put the watch on first thing in the morning but before I move it already 35 steps. I was disappointed.

    Fitbit Charge2 is totally inaccurate

Fitbit does not track steps or sleep accurately at all. I even set my sleep to sensitive. I am an insomniac and am awake for hours. Anytime I'm lying still just reading or awake it records it as 'light sleep'. I wake up several times for long periods and so I really don't know how many hours I'm getting. It does not record my mileage when I bike, and it does not accurately count my steps on long hikes. I wanted to return it but I've owned it 25 days and BestBuy only has a 15 day return period, even though if I bought it from www.fitbit.com I would have had 45 days to return it for any reason.

Good racker it would have been great but the band will not stay attached to the tracker. The first two the band separated and would not stay attached. Don’t hold to much promise expect the same thing to happen.

The Fit Bit has allowed me to track my heart rate, steps, resting time and calories. This has helped me to improve my health and I know it will only improve.

I didn't like the Fitbit like I expected. I had a Garmin with an extended warranty that got a crack in the face. Best Buy had no Garmin's in stock & didn't tell me that it could be ordered so I settled for the Fitbit & got a warranty. I could not stand it! I missed my Garmin & thankfully the extended warranty allowed me to exchange it AFTER they told me I could order & have it shipped to my home. Fitbit isn't as customizable as Garmin.

Steps tracking is inaccurate. Step numbers jumped when standing still while arm moving from scrapping! Also seemed to over counted steps by just moving around in a same spot! Doesn't do much for the money!
