I had a Charge HR which was extremely inaccurate when worn on my wrist, it only counted half of my steps. If I wore it in my pocket it would count accurately so the problem was with the software and my arm movement when walking, but I've never had an issue with any other tracker, and wearing it in the pocket negates the HR functionality. I thought I would give the Charge 2 a try hoping that the algorithm for counting steps would be different, but this one also only counted half of my steps. I returned it and got a vivosmart HR+ which has been the most accurate tracker I've ever had.

Band breaks all the time. I am afraid to wear it out of the house. The first one I had fell off and was lost. Only 3 months old.

I loved the Lavender/Rose Gold only problem it began to look dirty after just 2 days. I hadn't even had a chance to work out in it. Would be nice if some of the darker colors had Rose Gold.

I thought I would be able to see my messages and etc. but I can’t it just gives step counts and heart rate. Honestly not worth the price.

I bought this before Christmas for my wife's birthday 1/10/17 when it was on sale. After she received and started using it she was getting false reading after false reading. Sleep mode said she went to sleep at 4:42 am. I can attest she was dead to the world before midnight. Watch was reporting steps that was no where near what she had done. Unfortunately Best Buy return policy is 15 days (which I was not aware of) and we are stuck with a very expensive wrist watch. This product is terrible. We looked online for possible problem resolution and all we tried failed.

This was my 3rd fitbit product and it still is not worth the money. After a few months the plastic loses its firmness and the band falls off.

I was skeptical about purchasing this product but I made sure to do my homework and read the reviews, which all claimed wonders on this product. I've had this Charge 2 less than a month now and continuous glitch with it not syncing. Not only is that an issue but the entire process it takes to ATTEMPT to get it working again. Total waste of time. I think I'm better off investing into an iWatch rather than dealing with these bugs.

Thought it was gonna be fun tracking, but after a few months the screen cracked and it eventually stopped working.

I really liked the watch but had to return it with charging cable & was told that charging cable possibly has broken wires inside or battery in watch went bag

The Fitbit HR tracks my wife’s steps very well. She stays motivated by joining other Fitbit users and the challenges.

The Fitbit charger is hard to use and the battery digs into my wrist. I dont find it comfortable at all. Surprised because I was excited to get it. Not for me.

This tracker was not worth the money. The band breaks right off or the tracker just stops working.

It takes a lot of time to set up the tracker and to continually keep it updated. I didn't want to be so tied to a device to keep the different categories updated.

I had high hopes for this tracker and I wanted to use it in conjunction with MyFitnessPal to track my daily calorie burn. But the tracker is quite useless in that respect as the step counter is way off, constantly over counting the steps and as a result the calorie burn as well. Had one replacement from FitBit already and the same issue continues, tried to return it to BestBuy but they did not want to provide a refund after 15 days so I'm stuck with a useless piece of junk...

Says it’s water proof, IT ISN’T. Forgot to take it off while In the kiddy pool and it stopped working.

5th one purchased for self and gifts...all have band issues; disappointing for price and from Best By

Worked well at first! Was super excited.. but the screen cracked somehow? And I can not sure how.

Charge 2 requires a separate dongle not included in purchase for PC connection. I will return this item because the battery only lasts for 8 hours.

bands always break are made very cheaply and constantly having to charge the fitbit not good battery life

This review is not about the product , but about the store it was purchased from. Item was a gift to my wife. She wanted to exchange from a small band to a large band. Store would not let her do it even though the two items are same price. Same band color. whoever the manager of this location is needs training and needs to train sales staff in the art of customer service. I am done with Best Buy, plenty of other places in Metro ATL to buy electronics.
