So I have this thing for maybe a month and it no longer displays my text messages. I could have purchased the other Fitbit that was cheaper.

stopped charging after 15 days. I called the store before the 15 days telling them that I was in the hospital with pneumonia. I was told that I had a year to return. I got out of the hospital and tried to return.they would not take back. If I had purchased the warranty for $29.99. I would be ok. Now I have to return to the factory. I am no longer a Best Buy fan. I made several purchases in the last two months. I will not be going back

I definitely would not recommend this product. After a few months, the wristband completely fell off and the whole thing broke.

Stopped working after two weeks of use. I did not take the geek insurance so Best Buy would not help. The Geek squad just referred me to the manufacture. I will open a ticket with Fitbit and see where this goes. I purchased this for my wife who uses it in her zumba classes, so it is NOT used for swimming major shock. To Be fair, this could just be a defective unit and fitbit may make good on this. I will keep you posted.

Bought this as a gift for the wife for Christmas. First one didn't sync after troubleshooting, Googling, etc. Brought that one back and exchanged. Now, this second once doesn't charge! So here we go again, Google, YouTube, you name it, we did and nothing works! I'm hoping Best Buy takes this things back because it has been nothing bu trouble and a headache, oh and a waste of money. If someone has a solution, please chime in.

The features would be nice if they always worked; however, I had to frequently reset the device to get it to sync with my phone.

I purchased the Fitbit Charge2 in anticipation of a weeklong walking trip. In less than 3 weeks, the Fitbit completely died. Althgouh it was under warranty, a replacement would not arrive in time before I left for my trip.. I returned, and started with the new one, and again, in less than 1 week the replacement Fitbit died. I am awaiting a 3rd Fitbit. They will not refund my money. This is a poor product.

The Fitbit is an overpriced toy. While driving home it said that I took 170 steps. Doing HIIT, my HR was --. In reading reviews and Fitbit's comments, this is expected to happen. For $160!? What good is it if it is not accurate?! Anyone have any suggestions for an HR monitor that I can use real time while exercising without having to wear a chest strap or stopping to use the sensor on my phone?

The band was too wide for my personal taste and the buckle bothered my wrist. I'm going to try the new Fit Bit Alta HR.

inaccurate in steps and sleep. I was hunting and it thought I was asleep and I was in a blind with someone else and talking to them. I climb stairs all day long and my bedroom is in the basement. It will say I have only climbed 1 set of stairs in a day. My office is on the second floor and I climb these steps every day as well. Take whatever it states and times it by 4 and it would be more accurate.
