I purchased this smart watch for my wife. There always was a problem with it. Luckily I purchased a service agreement with it. After the third time exchanging it, I found out that were not servicing them any more. I returned it for the last time. And bought my wife the Samsung Galaxy Sport. She loves it. After one year she hasn't had any problems.

I was excited about this version of Fitbit but it is so inaccurate. As I was sitting still it registered more than 5000 steps. Apparently it reacted to my arm movements even though it was on my non-dominant arm. It cannot be used for measuring biking exercise without connecting with your cell phone's GPS, which can drain your battery and burn your data.

I walked with it briefly and I felt uncomfortable wearing it with sensor on my wrist. What s more, it made me uncomfortable after learn the purpose to use it. Having someone watch my performance and status from computer and connect to health care network to let a lower premium on health insurance. I preferably privacy. I no longer use it.

Each arm movement counted as multiple steps. While driving my manual transmission car 8 miles to work it racked up more than 200 steps! All I was doing was sitting in the car. Walking down the 14 stairs at my home it said I walked around 80 steps. I exchanged it for another one and the same thing happened. I just wound up returning it. Not worth the cost.

This is the first activity tracker that I have ever owned. I find that my Fitbit gives me steps when I move my left hand (where i wear it) it's very disappointing. I am on my computer 50% of the time at work and I get steps in just for typing. I would have returned the product after 14 days however I Missed the deadline. I would not recommend this product.

Heart rate readings were way lower than reality. My workouts are intense and the delay and accuracy of the readings were way off. Normal readings for certain exercises would be in the 120-130 range. This product would struggle to get up to 105. Returned this product and my 2nd choice provides much more accurate readings for me.
