I'm a Fitbit fan so I upgraded when they came out with the new Fitbit charge 2. The vibrating alarm is awful. I never feel it to wake me up and the heart rate monitor is all messed up. Never gives an accurate reading. I have bought so many fitbits and this is the worst one. Stay away!!

I bought it fo my 7 year old son. I think he wore it twice.

When I first got this I absolutely loved it it connected to my phone through the Bluetooth & text would come to the watch and about a month later the watch still works but it will not connect via Bluetooth. I am actually going to probably bring it back to the store

The band is uncomfortable. The notifications turn off al the time and I don't get my text messages. I have to reset it all the time. Also, when I am at the Gym, it doesn't count my steps on the elliptical or treadmill if I am holding on to the handles and not swinging my arms.

Wish I never purchased this!! It does not work walked a mile and this worthless Fitbit recorded 2.73 miles . DO NOT BUY THIS IT'S JUNK. All calculations are off it's on for an hour while Iget ready for work and records 8 flights of stairs! WHAT!Whish I could rate a Zero

I tried replacing or returning defective fit bit and Best Buy said I have to contact Fit bit directly and they told me to deal with Best Buy. The product is defective. I purchase alot from Best Buy and am very disappointed with your current level of customer service.

This exercise tracker cannot be read in the sunlight.

This Charge 2 works nice when it works!!!! I bought it in January the thing has ALREADY came apart. HOLDING IT together with tape until I get back to Best Buy to replace!!! Thank GOD I bought the insurance! This product is AWFUL!! This is my second one I tried!

I was very excited to get a Fitbit and extremely disappointed in how it worked. As I was riding in the car it was recording tons of steps, apparently because I talk with my hands. Totally not worth the money so I returned it.

So, this fitbit did not work. Maybe it was to sensitive? Even when I was laying down, I moved my wrist back and forth and it counted that as one step.....so nope just got rid of it. My Samsung phone is better at tracking my steps!!!

I loved the program on this watch but the watch would not hold a charge much longer than an hour. I have a friend with the same watch and she has been very pleased with hers. I guess I just had a flawed one.

My wrist is small and this watch really fits the bill, ie, easy to read while you"re active and I really like the Treadmill feature included. I've never had that available before even on the Alta.

The product was a gift for my mother who primarly wanted it for step counting as a starting point. The device counted steps with every hand gesture. No support from Fitbit.com on how to correct this issue.

won't work for me constantly lost ability to pickup pulse I could not get it to stay in place to pick up readings, if too tight it would stay put but then lost readings, I gave up!

Just purchased my Charge2 during the Black Friday sale (had product for 1 week). I must say.... this one has got to be the best on the market! I love the many features, settings, reminders, etc. on this tracker. I can track calories in vs calories burned (can chart food intake daily), track target heart rate/calories burned during morning workouts, track hydration during the day, and track cardio activity/burn during my afternoon treadmill/walking sessions. It also tracks sleep times and patterns, and has "calming" breathing sessions you can set to do during the day (to de-stress). Great motivational tool (due to ability to set daily goals in different categories and reach them), great way to get/stay fit, or a great way to lose those annoying excess pounds. You can see charts for daily progress as well as weekly progress in all categories. Plenty of information and tracking ability within the software app, and also lots of tools, settings, and additional info within your online Fitbit account to help you achieve and maintain fitness goals and share/interact with others if you choose. My Battery charge has lasted 5 days just as described. Recharging only takes 1 1/2-2 hours. Has GPS connect (when phone with you...not an issue for me as I carry my iPhone everywhere I go) to track routes, distance, pace/speed of walking/jogging/biking activities. This product is splashproof but not waterproof (not an issue for most). Very pleased with purchase, and very pleased with the ease and convenience of set up and use. Excited to incorporate this into my daily routine to help me stay motivated, goal achieving, and reach and maintain overall fitness/ cardio/ /weight loss success (at 58, all of this is important to me for improving, maintaining, and hopefully keeping my good health I've been blessed with....and yes, I'd like to lose the 10 extra pounds I've gained with age)! I would definately suggest to anyone in the market for a tracker to research this product .....there's no doubt in my mind after doing so you will definately be purchasing one for yourself!!

The wrist band is broken after 6 months. I was very disappointed with the Fitbit 1 and the low quality of the wristband. Nothing has changed. I am done with this brand.

This is my 3rd Fitbit and I'm dissatisfied with the Fitbit products. First Fitbit broke, 2nd one would not synch with my IPhone. Having the same problem with Fitbit Charge 2.

Our 10 year old had to have one beacause all the other kids have one... people, save your money, get and iPhone, then buy an Apple Watch! Fitbits are inaccurate garbage.

This is the 3rd FITBIT I've had where the bracelet separates from the tracker after a few months wear. A terrible design that needs to be fixed .
