I bought this tracker online and got it on the 8th of september. i really like this tracker. i have had bad reactions to other fitbit bands but not this one. i find the heart monitor is very accurate. i have an oximeter and its maybe a beat off. comfortable to wear but do like to take off from time to time. sleep tracking works great. the only cons i have would be uncomfortable to wear when sleeping and the display shuts off quick when trying to see the heart rate. over all i would highly recommend it. the best fitbit to date!

I replaced my current fitbit due to the screen cracked. The new one will not sync to my phone. Waiting to see the new ionic to see if I like it better.

I am allergic to plastic bands so purchased tge leather band. Broke out from it. Saddesned that i cannot use fitbit wristband. But was happy with product

Not good product after a year it breaks and not charging. waste of money. not recommended this product.

This product only last for six months and then it stopped charging I wish I would’ve bought the extended warranty to get a new one

I took the Fitbit off for the weekend as I was going to be out of town. Put it on the charger because the battery died. Now it won't turn on

Good product just not what I want after wearing it. Tried to exchange for what I wanted but couldn't because of a 15 return policy.

This is the third Fitbit that we are having to return because the charge connection does not work. We are going to try Garmin next.

Less than a year, not charging anymore, useless, don’t buy the brand. Can best buy staff tell me how to fix this.

Recorded distance is inaccurate. RunKeeper/GPS will give distance X, and the Charge2 will be about 33% more distance covered.

The band digs in to my wrist. It needed charging and now the clock is off. It should reset to the correct time.

I have returned two and am waiting for the third to show up. Both broke. Expensive item to be made so poorly.

Uncomfortable and surprisingly inaccurate. I have 10 dollar pedometers that keep track of distance better.

My wife found it uncomfortable and decided to stay with her Moto 360 smartwatch and Jawbone tracker.

My Fitbit charge 2 stopped working after 4 weeks. Got replacement, but don't know how long will it last.

It's not accurate at all why would someone would invest in something which is not worth to keep

I gave it to her for Christmas, two weeks later it stopped working. I mean it was totally died.

First off I am writing this mainly to let people know that the band seems to be a bit larger for the large so I had to return and get the smaller band because it felt a lot looser than the original HR. I wore it for a week before I decided to go exchange it. The exercise tracker is my new favorite feature! i lift 5 days a week and the original HR would only pick up my run or my walk. Now I can differentiate between a treadmill run and an outdoor run and a hike! Being able to see all the different activities I do and the specific calories burned for each of them is great. The reminder to get up and move without having to look at the app is great as well. I have yet to try the guided breathing sessions but I have to say that overall I am so happy I upgraded after having my HR for 2 years. Just another great fitbit product!

I couldn't get it to sync with my phone. I took it back and got a different watch.
