    Good, but not perfect

This is my first fitness tracker, and after looking at many different ones available, I decided to go with this one. After having this for about 10 days, I'd say it is good but not perfect. The battery life is long, only takes an hour or 2 to charge, and lasts 5-6 days. It is comfortable to wear and easy to use. Some people complain that it doesn't sync with the Fitbit app, and although I initially had the same problem, I just followed the online trouble-shooting guide and it synced fine after that. Another thing people complain about is the vibrating alarm not being strong enough to wake you up, but I think that is based on the individual. If you are a heavy sleeper, I can see where it won't wake you up, but being the light sleeper that I am, it worked fine for me. The accuracy of this tracker however, is the down-side. Although the step counter is accurate during long walks or jogs, it over-counts any small movements around the house/office or even when sitting still. I find a 10 step walk into the kitchen will count 40 steps, and sitting still typing at the computer will continuously count steps, so I often have to take it off so as not to be fooled with a large number of steps for the day. The sleep tracking is also inaccurate. On the normal setting, it will say I've slept very soundly through the whole night despite being awake multiple times, but the sensitive setting will show I was awake almost all night even with plenty of sleep. There needs to be a setting in between those. If you don't mind some inaccuracies with steps and sleep, this is a good tracker for the price and I would overall recommend unless you are willing to pay more for a better tracker.

I bought this to replace my Garmin Vivofit and really like it. There are a few things that I don't like though. I can't wear it into the shower like I am used to. It is also recording as steps arm movements while driving. I spent most of my day driving our rv and it recorded that I had over 10,000 steps that day. I was online and found a way to tell it to ignore the times that I am driving.

A good upgrade from the Alta

This tracker is a good upgrade from my Alta. It addresses some of my gripes from this old device. I feel that it more accurately tracks my steps, and understands that I cannot ride my bike and walk at the same time - a complaint that i had with the Alta. It understands a wide variety of exercises too. My big complaint is that it does not have a battery monitor on the tracker, I have to sync with my phone to see what the battery life is.

I've enjoyed using my fit bit track my sleep patterns, average heat rates, and my running pace over the past few years. It is easy to sync with the smart phone app. I appreciate the notifications to get moving it gives after periods of inactivity.

love the face of the watch

i like how sleek the tracker is and the fact that i can view everything on the face of the watch without going to the app. Wrist band is pretty nice and functional. It's cool how there's a tab to hold the excess strap in and that I can change out the band when I want a new look. Its a nice in between for those not so techy people. Still learning all the features but i like it so far just wish the charger was a little easier to carry around.
