Watch face: wonderful-exercise, time, messages, etc. Band: the buckle section came apart (broke in half) between the buckle and watch after 14 months. Luckily it fell in the house and not outside. I have watches with 20-year-old bands that are still in intact. (Use glue and duct tape to fix because new band might not be any better.)

I was debating on whether to get this tracker but I'm very pleased I did. I had the original one and my band broke. With this one it feels more stronger and i can replace or switch bands which is awesome cause i can put on different colors to match what I'm wearing.

I bought this for my wife, and she would say this is the best value tracker for the money. It does more than just count steps and track your heart rate. The straps come off so you can clean them, and you can also sync it to your phone for message alerts.

Having my text message notifications on my wrist has been great, being able to track my heart rate is also a huge bonus. The battery life is absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great activity tracker

I was so excited to buy this Rose Gold edition of the Charge 2 but when I opened the box I was disappointed. The band is a dull weird shade of "lavender" and the Rose Gold is also dull. I read that it is supposed to be 22K plated rose gold...where? It looked like I could scratch it with my nail. Just very cheap looking to me. Also it was a downgrade from my Surge,which I knew, but I didn't like the fact that it wasn't touch screen,which i actually did not know. Additionally, when using the GPS on the watch you can only see one stat at a time and have to tap your way through. Imagine doing this while running!lol And you cannot pause the workout while using GPS so if you need to use teh restroom or anything I guess you just...end your run and pick it up when youre done. IDK. Stcking with my SURGE. Also, I did feel like the steps were off.

This tracker has just the minimum functions and is all you need to log your miles, activities and heart rate. However, this fails when it comes to sleep tracking. It just doesn’t work. Google it. Lots of complaints.

Loving this Fitbit. It's working great. Really liking all the features!!!

The set up was easy, other than notifications. Still working on that. Biggest selling point for me was the bigger screen so I'm able to see at a glance time and steps. I also like being able to track fluid intake and having other options to reach my fitness goals. Or turn them off if I don't want to use them.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas to replace her old fit bit. She loves this one since it tracks more than just steps. Highly recommended.

This is a nice upgrade from my previous Fitbit HR. The band is narrower, but sits a little higher on my wrist. The app is much better and easier to use. Improvements to the notifications are good.

I got this for my birthday and really has been helpful! I found out my sleeping habits were terrible and found out that I awake over 20 times nightly Yikes! A couple concerns is that the heart rate didn't seem to match that of the one of the hospital when I was actually hospitalized and was off by quit a considerable amount. I also noticed that some of the other features just aren't reading quit as accurate as one would hope. But I feeln getting a general idea but for this price I was hoping for a bit more of an exact idea.

It's got newer features than the Charge HR, but don't really use them. All in all, does exactly as it should and am happy with the product.

Overall I love it! Gets me motivated to move, awesome product

It seems accurate for steps and basic HR, but isn't as accurate for HR while doing cardio exercises. The first day I used it during a workout, I counted my pulse and it was more than 10 bpm low. The 2nd day, I wore my Garmin 910xt with the HR strap and the Fitbit. Fitbit was way under. But since I don't want to wear that ugly Garmin and a chest strap all day, the FitBit is great. I'll use the Garmin for workouts.

I'm loving my new Fitbit Charge 2. I upgraded from the Fitbit Flex because I needed a watch for managing class time and didn't want to wear 2 things on my arm. Not only do I easily have the time, the reminders to 'move' are great! Also, being able to readily see that I have received a text or call is a true time saver. Especially when it is something or someone you have been waiting on.
