Just recently purchase the Fitbit Charge 2 and so far it's working great. One thing you will need to know is if your computer or any mobile device does not have the proper Bluetooth version you will need to purchase a Bluetooth adapter for $20.00.

Love the style, fit, and finish but have issues with the step count accuracy. Consistently (at least it IS consistent) shows too many steps when worn. Noticed I was getting 2-3K more steps than my wife so decided to attach a FitBit One to the strap on the Charge 2. The three times I did it there was a 800-1000 step count difference between the One and the Charge 2 (over a 3-5K step count). I then decided to follow it from the moment I got up in the morning...I managed to "walk" almost 500 steps while SHAVING! I guess, in trying to fix the problem of earlier versions NOT counting your steps if your arm was not moving (like when holding a shopping cart) they went too far the other way. It is not a lost cause as long as you don't bet your money on count accuracy BUT, if this is wrong, what else can/is? I'd recommend it with those caveats.

The larger screen makes it easier to read your tracking, from steps taken to calories burned, and this Fitbit Charge 2 fitness tracker notifies you of incoming calls and texts.

Not that big fan of fitness (yet) but, tried to start off by tracking the basics first. I have had good reviews from my friends (who apparently have the older Model). My issue with this one was it wouldn't pair at first few goes with the phone. Even when it paired, it tried to push the firmware and got stuck somewhere there. All we could do was to see the initial display that says setup. Tried with another phone (both android) with no luck. Finally, gave up on the idea and had to return it. Will never know what was the issue. Anyways, my belief is that something wrong with the one I got. Otherwise, this is one of the best fitness tracker out there.

This is my 2nd Fitbit. It works intermittently, which is problematic for me because I need to monitor my heart rate throughout the day. The 1st Fitbit may have saved my life. My heart rate was in the 40's and I was about to pass out. The screen on the first Fitbit began to fade out, so I quickly replaced it with the present one. From all the great reviews, I would guess I just purchased two that were made on Mondays.....

Purchased this product for a family member. Used everyday. Perfect for counting steps. Bluetooth integration with phone to receive texts & phone calls is a plus!

Wife loved it. Not used to all these modern convivences.

Great product. Only thing I would change is the ability for kid's to create an account for the product. Many kids are now using these types of electronics and the terms and agreements should accomodate for it.

Interesting tool to motivate one to a higher fitness level. If you are a goal oriented individual this tool can really make a difference.

I UPDATED FROM FIBIT FLEX TO FITBIT CHARGE2 AND LOVE IT. REALLY LIKE HOW IT LETS YOU KNOW THAT YOU HAVE A TEXT OR PHONE CALL.

My FOURTH FitBit charge in three years just died. I've lost two because the band came apart, and one because of a firmware crash. The company replaced them - twice for free and once I had to pay half price. (Definition of insanity, I know). But I told myself number FOUR would be the last time I go through this replacement process. So I am DONE with FitBit and it's crappy, cheap products.

Great for fitness tracking, heart rate tracking, and it's easy to setup... unlike the Fitbit versa.

I have used the FitBit every day and it has definitely helped me challenge myself to be more active. The 'touch/tap' function on the screen doesn't always work though.

I absolutely love my new Fitbit Charge 2!!! Such an awesome update!

My wife absolutely loves it. It has helped her get better sleep.

This is my upgrade me Charge HR so I expected to have a touchscreen in the upgrade. I also have Gramin Vivosmart which has a touchscreen,evening being an older model. Overall I find no upgrade in this model except for a wider screen size from the Charge HR. Overall good looking design,nice color options which I can say,nothing special.
