I had this for 4 months. I'm 61 years old and not a heavy exerciser at all. The band detached from the tracker, which I caught the first time. The second time it happened I didn't realize it until much later. It's gone, period, because the attachment of the band to the tracker is not sufficient!! With a year warranty, I thought this was an issue that would be covered. Nope, they want me to buy another with a nominal discount so I can use another $180 down the toilet when the same happens. Their "support" has NOT been helpful at all!! The box is all that is left of my fitbit :o( I will be getting a Garmin!!

After the ios11 update in September, the watch no longer produces notifications from your connected iPhone. This is essentially just a fitness tracker. Look elsewhere

I bought this to track my heart rate. The Fitbit reads 109, but when it syncs to the phone it shows less (maybe 90) on the graph. The graph needs much work, it is hard to guess what it displays. Sleep time ??? It can detect that I am awake for 30 seconds but if I am up for 30 minutes it shows that I was asleep.

Really wanted to like this product, but I could not get over the inaccuracy of it, tried wearing it different ways but it would be off by a lot....I have a Samsung s7 edge and its way more accurate than this product....decided to return it within 3 days

Bluetooth does not work well on most devices and not at all with my PC internal Bluetooth. My screen cracked in the heat, along with many others. Please read the fitbit forums. Buyer beware.

    Great watch, cheap band

I like the watch well enough. However, it'll be a miracle if I don't lose it. The band constantly falls off. I get tired of picking it up off the ground.

    Disappointed

I originally had the fitbit flex and decided to upgrade to the fitbit charge 2 about a month ago. I'm very disappointed because first it wasn't tracking my steps, and second when I had it on my left wrist I received a sore. I moved it to my right wrist and I also received a sore. Also, it's not very comfortable to wear. I slept in it two nights and had to take it off the third night because it was irritating my wrist. I'm returning it and will use the app that's on my Samsung phone.

    Not Compatible with Galaxy S7

Before you purchase, go to Fitbit's website and check compatibility with your cell phone. The Charge HR 2 is NOT COMPATIBLE with Galaxy S7 which is a real disappointment (many users have run into synching issues and non-connection). Fitbit reps on their community blog string cannot confirm when it will be compatible. If you have a Galaxy S7, I recommend going with the Samsung Gear Fit 2. (I did not purchase a Fitbit Charge HR2 at Best Buy, so this is no reflection on their store, but on Fitbit itself).

Looking for Device & Heart rate "no measurements"

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

After doing everything support asked me to do to fix the heart rate no measurement, I determined they were incompetent and wasting my time. I gave up. More recently, the InspireHR cannot find my phone app via blue tooth even when they are next to one another. Finally, I have A-Fib and Fitbit is not sensitive enough to register all the heartbeats. So, it does not serve my medical needs. Please don't waste your money.

Absolute piece of ... Downloaded the app to my phone (yes, the phone is compatible and has latest version of OS) through the Fitbit site, syncing the Charge 2, tells me I need to update the application. Don't these guys have the latest version??? Then downloaded the windows app (running latest Windows 10), and that one keeps failing to sync as well. Buh bye.

    Doesn't work for small wrists

Went to the next town over to Best Buy to purchase. No models were on display available to be tried on. Bought it and got it home and it comes no where near fitting my wrist. The wrist layout sizing guide on the display was incorrect. Now, I have to drive all of the way back to return and wait for the credit to appear back in my bank. Not happy!
