Easy to use and fun to challenge with friends, however I find that the bands do not last long.

I gave this to my wife for Christmas this year.. after using it for two weeks she said it was the best present ever. It is a great functional tracker, helps monitor her activities/HR, sleep , and works great as a functional watch/stopwatch display. Everything she was looking for. She was on the fence about buying either this or the new apple Nike watch and after using this and still not being too impressed with the Apple Watch she said she was glad she got this instead. Does all that she would of bought the Apple Watch for. So if your on the fence about buying either this or a Apple Watch this is the better buy not only for price and functionality but for looks too the Apple Watch isn't as stylish for a young lady/mom in her thirties.

My wife and I each bought one and we both love them. We bought some cheap bands in bulk from another site and split them. It is really nice seeing heart rate, flights climbed and of course steps. Also like that I can see text messages (up to so many characters) and incoming calls. Would have liked to see a history of text or calls but it works the way it is. Also in some ways I wanted to see al notifications from my phone like my old Pebble watch however it is nice that it is limited to text and phone for my usage. This small version is not clunky and fits well like a regular watch. Battery is great!! I get 4-5 solid days and that is with wearing it at night too. I only take this off to shower everyday. Great product.

Really like this Fitbit. Needed something that would track sleep, and heart rate. The only thing I don’t like is the band, I replaced it with a magnetic band, which I like much more.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this product as a gift. First for my son & he wanted it to use while he was training on track team in college. It connects to your computer and your iphone. He can get text messages and knows when phone rings. Second one was for my daughter and she really likes it and uses it to connect to friends who have fitbit too. It helps to promote her to keep up her activity level. There is a lot more features available when you connect to computer; heart rate activity and sleep activity. It is a bit expensive, but you earn Best Buy rewards and can use rewards to purchase as well. If price goes down after purchase from Best Buy or competitor, Best Buy will price match and give you difference.

I use my fitbit to count steps and track my sleep. It's very interesting to see how I sleep from the app. I love the fitbit. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm picky with the band as it's hard to adjust and connect under the smaller band to keep it intact. It can be a bit bothersome. Plus you have to charge it after 2-3 days for a few hours. I charge it when I'm not moving so it can track my sleep as I wear it.

I purchased two FitBit Charge 2 units for Mother's Day. I got a rough start upon set up because I'm not tech savvy but after some tinkering, patience and perseverance, we figured out how to set up our units and how to navigate through the FitBit app on our smart phones. What we like: reminders when we need to move to achieve 250 steps per hour, the unit will track our walks and provide feedback about our walks via the app, when we climb hills the unit tracks "floors", sleep tracking, the ability to log food, water, additional exercise via the app. The unit helps us stay motivated and moving. So far there isn't anything we don't like. I'm in my 50's and my mom is in her 70's.

My wife has had several fitness trackers and all have fallen short in one area or another. The Charge 2 has met all her needs and is more accurate on sleep tracking and counting stairs than any she has had. The ability to monitor texts also works great. She is enjoying the Charge 2 and recommends it to others.

I like the Charge 2. It's not too big and it does everything I need it to do. Track my steps, my sleep, send me reminders to move and I love the silent alarm that wakes me up in the morning.

I really like my Fitbit. I started out with them 5 years ago I believe. My first 2 Fitbits I kept in my pocket but was always fearful of forgetting and sending the Fitbit through the wash. I now have the HR 2. It is very nice to be able to just turn my wrist to check how many steps I have at any given time or just to check the time of day. I like that it gives me approximations of my heart rate and calorie burn too. I work as an interpreter (sign language) so I had to make adjustments as I was getting steps for signing. That first day I had 15,000 steps by dinner; a normal day would be 8,000. I now wear the fitbit on my non-dominant hand, label myself lefty in the settings, and upped my step target.

I like the features on this Fitbit. I can check to see how many more steps I need to finish up my hourly quota. It also shows me who is calling or texting so I don't have to dig my phone out of my pocket.

    Great Upgrade from Fitbit Charge

Really liked my Fitbit Charge until I forgot it was on and jumped in the pool, killing it. Upgraded to the Charge 2 to replace it. ADVANTAGES: The screen is larger so easier to read. I get a 'buzz' when getting a phone message/call. Also it gives me reminders and encouragement to get up and move if I've been stationary too long. The pulse readout is very accurate. The computer/online readout for sleep is much more detailed, which I needed. Battery charging lasts about 4 days. DISADVANTAGES: The USB charge cord is designed just for this device, so don't loose it or forget to pack it going on a trip. You can't use any other USB cord to charge it. ... and still not waterproof !

Tried the Apple Iwatch but too complicated to track fitness workouts and seemed more delicate for outdoor type activities. This one does tracking well and has great app to go along with it. Size makes it almost un-noticeable on my wrist and not fearful it may get scratched or damaged like the Iwatch.

This is by far more accurate than the Apple Watch as far as tracking exercise and heart rate. The battery life is 3-5 days. I'd say a solid 4 days. Only thing I don't like is I have to tap so many times to get the seconds for a timer and I can't respond to messages and they come through word by word

Impressed with the Charge 2, had experience with the charge hr having someone loan theirs to me, I liked it. I decided with all of the fitbit products I truly wanted the heart rate feature, and was originally going to purchase the hr but saw the charge 2. With its bigger, more informative display, was a bit worried because it appeared chunkier, in the package, I was worried it would sit much higher off of my wrist than the hr l, and would hit against things, well, it didn't, and hasn't. Also with the bigger display, was thinking it would have less of a battery life than the HR, the battery life is just fine and lasts over 5 days without charging for me. Good product, buy it.
