I purchased this product for my fiance. The first eight months; the product worked great. However, after about that time, the screen started to malfunction and would go dim for chunks of the day. This happened during times in inactivity. About two months after that, the heart rate monitor began to not register, particularly when she is exercising. Overall, when the product is functional, it works great. However, these malfunctions are unexpected.

I love this fitness band! I've had several fitbits and this is by far my favorite. The band is slim enough it doesn't irritate your wrist and it is very accurate.

This Fitbit gets the job done. It's not flashy and it could certainly be sturdier, but, for the price, it does a good job of tracking your activities.

Two years and still going strong. Purchased for our daughter and she loves it still.

Love this item. I have an Apple Watch and prefer the Fitbit charge hr 2 better. Easy to read and accurate.

My daughter is very athletic - so i opted for this fitbit for her. She absolutely loves it!! It does everything the more expensive smart watches do - she can see texts, who is calling etc. She works in a hospital and said that all the nurses and doctors wear fitbits there. It doesn't cost nearly as much as the high dollar new fitbit/watches but is a lot better than the other fit bits because of the ability to connect with texts etc.

Works perfectly and I like all that it records. Since I have had my Fitbit, I have doubled my walking steps.

I really like how it tracks sleep and water consumption. It is fair tracking steps. It's important to learn your numbers to be personal to you.
