Good fitness motivator/tracker

Has helped both of us to be more active and track our calories. We're are both down about 5 lbs after just a few weeks. It has been a fun activity to challenge the other person to get more steps. The fitbit paired with our iPhones helps track calories, activity and outdoor run/walk distance. The hourly reminders for step goals and custom alarms have been great on keeping both our us on track. Overall has been a good decision to buy and we would recommend them to a friend.
