This is the second Fitbit Charge 2 that I buy. The first one was for me and this one is a gift. I love that it's not too bulky for a small wrist. It is also easy to set up and use.

I enjoy the looks and battery life. When going on short trips (1 wk) I don't have to pack a charger with me. The watch is slick and does what I need it to do. The quality is good and robust. (Note, I have a Samsung phone and used to have the Samsung Gear). The items that made me remove a star is the ability to turn off my phone's alarm from the watch (this is a feature I LOVED with my last Samsung gear). The text msg notification is unreadable due to the small screen and truncation of only a few letters, inability to expand to see a bit more of who/1st sentence. Inability to set a "do not disturb" mode so the screen doesn't turn on in the middle of the night while I sleep, on the watch itself. Overall, it's a great watch and I can really feel the quality and thought put into the device. It would be better with some software enhancements.

I am very happy to know exactly how much I sleep each night. Tracking my steps has encouraged me to walk more. Tracking my heart rate makes me feel comfortable about my heart health.

Very easy to use, versatile watch bands available to dress up or down, charge lasts many days. Gives encouraging messages. Love it and wear it every day. Shows my sleep has improved!

I like the fact that it keeps my activity and lets me know when I have hit my goals

I bought this Fitbit as a gift for my mom. She loves it! The activity tracker and heart rate monitor are great for her to help keep track of her activity and health.

I love my fitbit watch. It keeps me active and informed at the same time. I know when to get up and start moving to get my 10,000 steps and it keeps track of my heart rate.

Comfortable...like that the heart rate is displayed..isn't accurate with mileage when in treadmill mode...cant figure it out and the calender is a day ahead for sleep monitoring...can live with that though...great for keeping track of daily steps even if it isn't exact..

I love this Fitbit Charge 2! It is slim and great for a woman's wrist. It tracks heartbeat, steps, stairs, has a stopwatch and a comfortable wristband. Definitely recommended!

Wish it was waterproof but it works like it should and this is my 3rd fit bit product since fit bit came out. I love the color. It's not to big or too small and I love the sleep tracking

Nice little fitness tracker. I would have given it 5 stars but the band discolored and broke on me very quickly. Replacement bands were easy to find in an array of colors and very inexpensive. Long battery life. Easy phone app to work with.

The watch is very handy. It tells you how many steps you take and it tracks your sleep so you know if you are getting enough sleep. You can set an alarm that vibrate to wake you up.

I purchased this product to track my sleep schedule. I am finally able to know if I am getting the most sleep possible. I am also more alert about walking and exercises. Great product. Love it.

Fitbit Charge 2 is a great tracker for activities and sleep! Exercise and walking are recorded automatically when done for periods of time. I love getting phone and text notifications.

So let’s start by saying this does everything it’s supposed to and it’s super accurate. It has a great battery life and is super comfortable. What takes this product over the top of competitors is the company’s customer service. Holy cow is the service help out of this world. They fully support their product through and through. Don’t get aggravated with another customer service because you spent more money on a device and something doesn’t work on it over time. You can’t go wrong with all the trackers made by Fitbit and I love the HR tracking. Interchangeable bands and quick charging make this a great accessory. Hands down perfect buy.

Bought this to help me track my sleep pattern, it works! Ofcourse the activity tracker works too, I'm amazed at how much I walk every day! Great battery life. Happy customer!

I like the product but it would be better if it was smaller and was waterproof.

I originally bought my Fitbit so my daughter and I could improve our activity level. I was hoping it would motivate us to be a little more active. With us both having one, we could compare steps and burned calories etc. Being able to do that is great but the feature I find myself being in love with is the sleep feature. It shows how long I sleep, how long in each stage, and shows how many hours I average a week. I have learned so much about the stages I go through and the importance of each. With this feature.. I have improved my weekly average from only getting 5 1/2 hours of sleep a night... to almost averaging 6 1/2 hours now. I love my Fitbit Charge 2!

I had to stop wearing at night because it caused a rash and bruises on my wrist. I wanted to track my sleep amd resting heartbeat so it’s a bummer. But I do wear it as a watch every day. I keep my wrists/hands very dry to avoid rashes.
