This is a great tracker that seems to be very accurate and easy setup. Have had Fitbit before and product has performed great with no problems. Will purchase again when new one needed.

This is my third Fitbit and my overall favorite. I tend to sit at my desk all day and I love the way it prompts me to get up and walk every hour. Also love getting my text messages on it.

Now this is what I call quality Fitbit! It does just about everything I need, from monitoring my daily steps, sleep and even my heart rate! Couldn’t of asked for a better Fitbit.

I love everything about it except the band. I'm shopping for a less rigid one. The diet and sleep tracking has been very useful. At first, I thought it was silly to have a reminder to move every hour. I hadn't realized how long I was sitting.

I love the features of the Charge 2. It's great to track all the vital info, but I haven't been able to get comfortable with it on my wrist. The band is stiff and the tracker itself is larger than I thought. It doesn't sit flat on my arm. Also, the strap is difficult to slide through the clasp and it ends up feeling either too tight or too loose. I would recommend a different band.

Excellent tracker. Had a Fitbit Charge but like the face/information of the Fitbit Charge 2 much better! This Fitbit is also more accurate on steps and easier to go from screen to screen.

Excellent comfortable watch. Gives me all info I require to keep fit! Even reminds me to get up and move if it's been a while. Excellent battery stays charged 3 days

I love the features of my Fitbit Charge 2 Tracker, including the notifications from my cellphone,........texts and phone calls. However after 8 months the band started separating. I had purchased the 2 year warranty, so it was not an issue to replace.

Bought a fitbit Blaze for myself and once my wife saw how competitive I had become with all of our friends who also have fitbits, she had to have one. She didn't like mine because it was too bulky. The charge 2 is smaller in size, but has nearly the same functionality. The small things missing are the ability to switch between walking and running and other exercises. The blaze has several options to choose from. Also, she noticed the band chafes her skin a bit. Not a deal breaker, but it was unexpected. She very much enjoys the fitbit app which essentially is a mini social media platform shared with our friends. With everyone competing online, it makes staying active that much easier. We both hate the fact that neither the blaze nor the charge are completely waterproof, but hopefully that will be fixed in the future with later models. For now, these do just fine.

I love the charge two. I wish it was waterproof although. I do have issues with the band although-it is starting to split on the watch side - I've had the watch for about 6 months.

I love the FitBit for most of the features it has to offer for my needs. Tracking the floors, miles and calories is basic with the ability to customize goals and what displays on the face. I love the sleep tracker and use that daily to monitor my sleep patterns and target sleep goals. The hourly activity tracker with reminders to get up and move is also an excellent feature. Heart rate, water tracking and weight is basic. I am disappointed in the track exercise and calorie tracker. I find that the FitBit does not always recognize work out activity and does not actively track. If I select a specific activity and forget to change it to an general setting like "other" it does not track some of my work outs, like playing ice hockey or doing something like Body Pump. I do not find it user friendly. I also do not find the calorie counter very user friendly.

This is my fourth Fitbit in 3 years. The first was quickly outdated, the second broke and by far the last Fitbit-The Blaze-was the worst. It was cumbersome, was a pain to recharge and looked bulky. I really was questioning buying a new Fitbit after these negative experiences. But, lo and behold I bought insurance through BestBuy-thank God, and picked out the Charge 2. It is fantastic, the best Fitbit yet! Lightweight, easy to charge, comfortable and nonobtrusive especially in the rose color. My hope is that is actually lasts longer than 10 months. My recommendation is to buy insurance, something I never do, but will never not do with a Fitbit product.

Bought as a gift. Upgrading from an earlier charge. Think she will like it.

I had to purchase another Fitbit when my band got loose and I lost the first one. I love it! I recommend the HR for any person wanting to keep up with their steps.

Decided on this Fitbit charge 2 activity tracker over many others for the features, looks, interface and exchangeable bands. It does what it’s suppose to and ease of use.

Gift for my wife. She didn't want anything too complicated. It was perfect.

Like it and the information and good for two days of charge. Charges quickly . Hard to read the screen in bright sun light. The band is separating at the display after only owning it a few months. easy to access the data and the dashboard is a great tool.

I love my fit bit I have it on all day and night. Is very accurate and let me know when I have a phone call too. I like it very much because it motivates me to exercise. Love it!!

I loved it, easy to use and battery lasted several days... My favorite features were being able to track my sleep and connecting it to my phone for notifications

Got this for my wife; she loves it and uses it every day to track her steps and even sleep. Size is perfect as well, not too clunky that it interferes with day-to-day activities
