This is a nice upgrade from the fitibt charge HR I had. It has a few more bells and whistles. If my original charge hadn't stopped working, I prob wouldn't have a need to upgrade to this one. I just hope it lasts longer than my charge HR does. But the jury is still out on that...

User interface is easy and intuitive to use. Device setup was a breeze. The Fitbit is a gem at tracking activity and food intake and it encourages you to actually be more active.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my wife who walks every day. She just loves this personal tracker! Makes her workouts more meaningful! She wears it day and night.

I love my new Fitbit Charge HR2! Whoever thought of this upgrade from the first HR was smart. This one is so much better. I can see everything at a glance...date, time, steps, and heart rate. Then with just a tap...everything else I need. I have poor vision and the brighter lighting on this Fitbit is so much better for my eyes too. My first Fitbit had stopped working, and with the Geek Squad Warranty, Best Buy graciously handed me this new updated version. They are the best! I would also like to add that the charger on this has improved 100%. The old one would fall out. This one clips around the Fitbit and won't let go until you unhinge it. Fantastic!

Great way to track my activities and very easy to use along with the app.

Great product for monitoring more then just steps. Monitors heart rate, sleep, and you can even keep track of how much water you drink during the day. Easy to set up and track reports.

really appreciate the information on resting heart rate and comarison with others in your age group. Also the sleep info. Its very motivating to move more and take care of your health.

Bought mine several months ago, and got this one for my wife. Charge 2 has continuous heart rate monitor. It has several main screens to choose from. My main screen has more info than the Charge HR it replaced. It gives you the time, date, steps and heart rate at one time. No need to push the button 3 times. The band is more flexible and fits better when moving your wrist during weight training or on an elliptical. The new charging cord cilips on much easier and is a full 20" long, not the short 10" cord like the others. My wife asked, "you liked yours so well, why did you wait so long to replace my old HR?" Well worth the upgrade.

Nice Fitbit but I do wish it was waterproof. All in all is a good Fitbit.

My daughter loves her video workouts and really gets her heart rate up there. She has had some issues with passing out as a result of her heart rate so I thought this would be the best choice for her. She loves it. Wears it all the time, keeps track of her pulse with it, and if she gets to feeling strange, she sits down and checks her heart rate. Yes she has been to the dr and had the work-up. There really isn't any pharmaceutical treatment for what she has. Treatment is recognition of the symptoms, prior to passing out, staying well hydrated, and sitting down when she feels the symptoms coming on....okay enuf of that. We love FitBit products.

This was a tracker for my wife. I had purchased same model earlier and had good results so we purchased one for her. Ease of use tracking steps and monitoring sleep

Purchased Charge 2 due to my original Fitbit broke. I liked the way it tracks my activities. It's smaller size fits my wrist better. It isn't waterproof. Unfortunately I can't track my water aerobics as I don't know how to track it manually.

Love it's chic look, but don't like that the band easily stains from black sweaters/coats! So comfortable, and very accurate!

Slick looking design, has heart rate monitor and is functional with incoming alerts on your cellphone. Keeps you motivated to get up and move, even if it's just walking a bit.

I love my charge 2! It keeps track of my heart rate and sleep which is what the doctor wants to observe. It also counts your steps, not what an average persons steps would be.

Great band that also provides a quick look for texts and/or phone calls.

I am very pleased with this product. After going from the previous Fitbit charge HR, and having issues with the "bubbling of the strap", I love the new design; where you can switch the straps if they become damaged or you just would like a change of color to match the rest of your wardrobe Etc. The screen and options are nice to view on a larger scale (again based from the Charge HR) and the upgraded functions such as the relax mode and multiple choice of workout options is a nice add on. All in all I love this product and would recommend it to anyone who has had the charge HR in the past or even a basic model and this thinking of upgrading.

My new Charge 2 is a great upgrade over my old Charge HR, the new screen is much bigger and more easy to read, lets me see date, time, steps and heartrate all at once, its perfect!
