I purchased this product for my fiance. The first eight months; the product worked great. However, after about that time, the screen started to malfunction and would go dim for chunks of the day. This happened during times in inactivity. About two months after that, the heart rate monitor began to not register, particularly when she is exercising. Overall, when the product is functional, it works great. However, these malfunctions are unexpected.

I bought 3 fit-bits, for me, husband and daughter so we could start getting in better shape. Easy to use.

The watch does everything it’s supposed to do, except one thing which was important to me. It does not show the time, usually, when you turn your wrist, as it says. I have to rap on the face to make the time show up. I really wanted the time to be there always, but was willing to accept the turning your wrist idea. But it doesn’t do that about 99% of the time. So if a watch is an important feature to you , consider this. Otherwise happy with steps and other features.

This Fitbit gets the job done. It's not flashy and it could certainly be sturdier, but, for the price, it does a good job of tracking your activities.

The Fitbit Charge 2 is exactly what I was expecting. My favorite aspects are the sleep and heart rate monitoring. The reminders are great to get you up and moving.

My wife loves this gift. She wears it everywhere and is constantly announcing how many steps she has taken.

This was a gift for my 63 year old Mom, who loves it and is able to easily work with it. Excellent product!
