    My Fitbit is not recording my activity as accurately as I had expected. Perhaps I am not operating it correctly but I am following the instructions (limited) provided. When I go to the gym, I select each activity I am doing but after 1 1/2 hours, it shows 36 minutes active! I've done intervals for 40 minutes and weights for an hour. That's active! Disappointed. Sleep information is interesting. Steps seem correct but not workouts.

    We had the previous version of the Fitbit Charge, and it worked well until it started to separate at the non-removable band joint, but alas out of warranty. There is no workable repair option, so we checked out the new Charge, and not only does it have removable bands, which addresses this failure mode, it has a slew of additional features, including getting text messages -- super handy when running. Totally happy.
