Love my Fitbit

It makes losing weight easy if I track my calories and see how many I burn. It also motivates me to be more active since I can actually see what a difference a little exercise can make. Only downfall if that I have noticed it will struggle to read my HR when I am doing high intensity workouts. I will be like 5 minutes in and still hasn’t got the reading. I feel like that’s a lot of hard work wasted.

It is easy to setup and provides great useful information on fitness performance. I used a pedometer before but it never adjusted properly for bicycling. The sleep report provides sometimes surprising information about my sleep patterns. Most importantly, the fitbit changes my behaviors in exercising by providing motivational and historical feedback
