Tracking sleep not as good as Jawbone. Keeps good track of steps.

It's great on battery life and functionality! Wear it everyday!

I bought the charge2 for my son who is 10 years old. He loves it and the small fits him. Although when I set up the app on his phone, I had to enter his age as 16 yrs old or they wouldn't let me set it up. So it may not be as accurate with recording his fitness progress but nonetheless, it counts his steps and he loves to set goals and meet them.

Bought this for my wife. She really enjoys it over her older one.

I have to say out of all my reviews for Best buy I have never given them anything but a five. Everything I purchased from them has been awesome, everything we expect and more. My son loves the tracker

We had ordered it and were skeptical if the enthusiasm of our 9 year old will last. I must say he is still fascinated and uses it every day. Setting sleeping goals is the best. He is checking the app constantly and it keeps him motivated. I would buy it again

1. Inaccurate information. For example, if I just stand without moving, and only move my arm and hand as a walking movement, it consider it steps. 2. It loses sync with my phone without notifying me. 3. It only has very limited activity that I can only choose those. For example, it is not useful when I do Yoga, dancing, and similar activities that is not in their menu. 4. It doesn't capture my activity automatically. For example if I am using Elliptical, it seems I should choose it from the list, otherwise it doesn't capture the calorie I burn for that activity correctly. 5. Overall, I am not very happy with it, and I am just using it as a watch. I would've return it back to BestBuy if they had a longer return policy (more then 2 weeks).

I loved the color of this watch but wasnt happy about the additional cost over the other colors. I did find that the screen doesnt always come on when you look at it. Also i have woke up at night and saw it said i was at 70 steps. Overall a good watch to track steps.

Love how it keeps track of sleep cycle and daily exercise

Helps me to be motivated to walk if I haven't reached my goal.

The previous model didn't have interchangeable bands and mine was still working except for the broken band. Decided to buy the new model and have LOVED everything on it from the customizable face to the alerts, text previews, and enhanced sleep monitoring.

I bought this to help me better track my fitness level as I exercise, as well as to help me monitor my sleep. I have been wearing it for three weeks and absolutely love it. It does everything as advertised and is so light that I almost forget I am wearing it.

Works well, make sure to get a screen protector. It will scratch

The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is the face/central part of the fitbit is still rather thick, and can be uncomfortable at times. Unfortunately, my wrist seems to fall between two adjustment settings, so it is either slightly tighter than I like or too loose to properly record data. Overall, satisfied with the product.

After having a Charge HR the redesign is a much better product.

The wrist size is accurate. Very comfortable and easy to use.

More advanced features that work better with busy workout life

This was a gift. I never would have purchased this for myself, but now that I have it, I'm really liking it. I like that it reminds me to get up and move while I'm sitting at my desk. It helps motivate me. I have a small wrist so it's a little more bulky than I care for, and it bothers me when I'm sleeping. Other than that, I'm liking it very much!

This is my second FitBit, had the Charge Basic model but the strap started falling apart after 18 months. I wore it 24/7. This one has changeable straps. Love the fact that I get notifications of phone calls and text messages from my IPhone via the Charge 2.
