I love having my fitbit but I'm on my 4th one in a year and half. The most recent reason for returning it was the band kept coming apart and falling off. Prior to that the piece that charges it came loose and before that it was having problems syncing to my cell. I would recommend it but only with the warranty to exchange it.

From the day I bought my fitbit up until now, I've been using it everyday. great performance. very satisfied

I upgraded to the fitbit charge 2 from the fitbit flex. I love the charge 2. It has more features than the flex and the battery life is much better. I like that I can connect it to my phone to receive text messages and calls.I also like that I can check my steps without having to sync to my phone. Great purchase.

I have been using the original Fitbit for a couple of years but the idea of using one much simpler seemed like a good idea. I like that I can see my results immediately on my wrist vs having to pull up the app all the time. My favorite is the feature that vibrates when I have an incoming call or text. So handy!

I love the larger screen and that you can easily change the wrist band. It is also much sturdier than the Charge HR, with several of the design flaws corrected. Battery life is much better. Still not as nice as my husband's Garmin Vivoactive HR, but this is $100 less and does what I need. Only downsides are the tap-screen is not very responsive and there is no longer a dongle included to wirelessly connect to a PC.

Have had a Fitbit for quite a while and really like this new one. Like the fact that the band can be changed

I own one of these and love it so much that when my daughter asked for one, I jumped on getting it for her!!

I chose the Fitbit Charge 2 after reading reviews of many other activity trackers. It does everything I expected it to do. I like the size and the fact that there were different colored bands to choose from. This product has made me much more aware of the amount of exercising I do and what I am short on doing.

I recently had the fit bit flex and uproar dedicated to this after previouslyrics using apple watch. I look the simple features between phone and watch. I enjoy the fact it does exactly what I'm wanting and need. Counting your steps and active moments. I prefer simple over the complex details of other watches.

It is very useful to track the physical activity especially heart rate and sleeping rate

The tracker and the app work flawlessly. The design of the band makes it easy to wear it for long duration.

My only real complaint is that I wish it had a better screen, similar to the Samsung Gearfit2. The screen here is so plain and sometimes hard to read. However, the actually functionality and the phone app are so much better than other fitness trackers I have tried that I'm willing to forgive that one issue.

I purchased this for my kids. Charge lasts long time. I like the display and heart monitor.

Works good set up could have been eaiser. Watch tells you to go to Fitbit ,com. I did set up account. But didn’t work had. Had to set up another account using app.

I like seeing my HR and daily steps but it fails in indicating anything related to biking .

It's a little confusing for older people. I bought this for a 75 year old who is having difficulty understanding how to make it work. She claims it doesn't count steps when she gets up in the middle of the night. It doesn't seem to automatically add data through the computer to the web site. She still likes it because it tracks her pulse rate. She would still get it again, even with all the issues she has with it.

I had a Fitbit Flex previously and really liked the changeable bands and found them very comfortable. I like the additional features (clock, heart rate, and hourly reminders to move) but am disappointed with the band. Understand it needed to be wider but not all that comfortable despite trying various notches to see if that helped. Also miss being able to change the color of the bands and adding embellishments.

I've waited for the right model for me and the Charge 2 is it. Great unit, easy to use, nice app too. All of the fitness trackers I've liked have been a little wide for the wrist... so I bought a small. And the replaceable wristband made it easy to change to one I liked and found even more comfortable. Nice!!

I can't give full review since I gave it as a gift to my daughters. But I like the fact that you can change the bands. My daughter previously had a Fit Bit Charge HR and the band got all frayed nod dilapitated and there was no way to change the band, I love the fact that they made it so you can change the band.

Love it... the fact that I can view my data on the watch, therefore it isn't necessary to check my phone!!!
