I can’t imagine my life without this. Upgraded from Flex and love the text/phone notifications.

As the summary states, that’s all it’s good for. If you wear this and do cardio and start to sweat, it will NOT read your heart rate at all. There’s plenty of times where I have to stop what I’m doing, take it off and wipe off the little moisture there is on the watch and put it back on. I usually have to do that about 3 times to where I can wear it and will read the bpm just fine. Also the heart rate isn’t that accurate while being very active. For example I’ll run a mile on the treadmill, compare my bpm from this watch to the treadmill handles that read bpm, and the Fitbit is roughly 30-40 bpm less than what the treadmill reads. Also it doesn’t accurately read steps taken. I took 7 steps one time, and the Fitbit read that I took 9 steps. I still have this because although it’s not entirely accurate, it does give me an idea of where I’m at. And i like how accurate it is when it tracks your sleep. It’s accurate all the way to where you wake up at the exact time. Also it’s nice to know what your bpm is while you’re resting.

Always wanted one and I love it! Wish i had bought it sooner! I would recommend it to anyone.

This version of the fitbit works well for athletes. However there is a slight delay on the stopwatch that can cause some complications when timing.

Fitbit just keeps on getting better. We bought this as a replacement for my wife, and she loves it.
