    I was given this as a gift. I don't count calories so that app didn't really work for me. I get in 10,000 steps before noon so that didn't help me. I already work out and don't really need a device to time me. I guess if you're needing something to motivate you this would help. I'm self-motivated. Also, it was extremely uncomfortable to wear at night. I lasted about 5 minutes in bed with this thing as it is way too bulky to sleep with so that didn't help either.

    I really love this product. It keeps me motivated and I like that I can change out the bands. The sleep monitor is another great function that I enjoy.

    I like the new band. It holds up better than the old one, and if it does tear up you can buy a new band instead of having to get a whole new Fitbit.
