This device does not sync well we with the Galaxy S8. Has the same problem as older versions

It works OK, but it is bulky and too deep in its measures. I had to return for that issue.

My wife likes the Fitbit but thinks instructions could be made to be much more customer friendly.

Confusing It is hard to tap for options. My old one was easier to use but the faceplate wore out.

I like it but breaks too easily. If you sweat a lot it will most likely break.

It gets you motivated and competitive daily. I like the app you can use to get different workouts

Had this Charge 2 before and it stopped charging after 1 year. Decided to go with iWatch

Purchased Fitbit Charge as a Christmas gift for my sister. The watch worked for one week and then was malfunctioning so she had to have it replaced.Best Buy replaced without a hitch but unfortunately they did not have in stock the band color I had originally gotten, so she had to settle for another color. Really not happy with the products reliability.

Typical Fitbit. It works alright. Heart rate not even close to my Apple Watch. It is cheaper tough.

This is a basic fitbit. Had expected more. Does not show the time when I'd like it to on the go.

Not really into it but it works just fine It got its use out of it

Had the Fitbit charge 2 for about 10 months it stopped recording the stairs returned it

I like it and it's a great way to keep track of your steps and you can see texts from your phone.

I like the FitBit, but the sensor on the back bugs my wrist a little after a whole day of wear.

This Fitbit Charge2 is extremely inaccurate - it doesn't measure steps taken well, it doesn't record stairs correctly, and it doesn't report sleep start and end properly. If you are holding anything in the hand with the Fitbit, it doesn't record anything at all. Most days it showed me falling asleep at 2:00 am and up at 5:00 am, both of which were incorrect. The heart rate is the only thing I can't comment on as I haven't compared that another way. I was up and down the stairs in my home more than a dozen times the other day, between doing laundry, bringing in groceries, and walking my two dogs separately and often, and it reported that I climbed 2 flights of stairs - the reality was closer to 18 or 19 flights of stairs. I find this to be less than useful, completely inaccurate, and in addition it is not very comfortable. I am returning this Fitbit Charge2 after two weeks of trial, very disappointed that the statistics it reports are entirely worthless.
