Bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday .. She loves it! She can track everything she wanted.. Easley syncs with phone. She loves that it alerts her when someone is trying to contact her.. Only thing is you can't reply on it. You have to use your phone.. This technology has come so far from what it used to be.. Can't wait to see what new features are next!

This is an upgrade to a Fitbit Flex that I'd had for a little over 3 and a half years that was showing its age due to the battery showing its age and randomly shutting off at inconvenient times, especially when I needed a silent alarm. I'm limited to what I can wear at work and this one fit all the requirements. It's nice to have a watch again and being able to use Fitpay at the register is pretty convenient.

I like it just wish I could have got the geek squad 2 year warranty I had with my others

I was very pleased with the Fitbit for the first few days but then one day it wouldn’t synch to the phone. I attempted everything possible that I could to problem solve the issue and tried all recommendations from Fitbit and other online posts and couldn’t remedy the issue. Without the ability to synch the watch was essentially useless for me other then providing the time and counting steps. I was mostly attracted to the sleep tracker, alarm function and HR/exercise analysis on the app but I couldn’t access it. After 9 days of trying to fix and being unsuccessful, I decided to return for full refund. Best Buy was excellent to work with in the return.

I have mine just for steps,but loveeee the sleeping chart it does each night. Thata cool

This Fitbit replaced an older Fitbit Charge 2 that had been in use for over 2 years (which still worked but was looking a bit used and I wanted an update. Easier to program for personal preferences, and is slightly smaller than the prior version, which is great. It is used to count steps, distance walked, calories burned and to check heart rate throughout the day. Great product and great price!

I don’t have to worry about taking my Fitbit off to do the dishes or take a quick shower.
