I upgraded to the Fitbit 3 after the scratched watch face on my Fitbit 2 was getting on my OCD nerves. So far, I like it. It’s lightweight, water resistant, the button has been replaced, battery life is 7 days, and has a swim option. A con is that it has no date on the face, which I liked on my Fitbit 2. Maybe Fitbit will have this option as an app update.

My wife's older Fitbit broke (like, couldn't even keep the charging cable in place), so I surprised her with this newer/better model. She was so thrilled! Loves the color/style and the functionality, like being able to receive texts on it. This one comes with a charger that kind of cradles the watch body for a sturdier connection, so I think it may last longer than the last one. We'll see!

This was a great watch for two years. I’ve had to purchase a new watch recently because this one died and it will not reboot. A little expensive for something you have to replace every two years. If it weren’t for that it would be an excellent review.

I love my Fitbit. It has lots of bells & whistles -- the ones I actively use are incredibly useful, and the ones I don't always use are still interesting and good to have around. It's so easy to use this tracker, and their online dashboard is an essential tool for weight loss. Plus it's a great for motivation & commitment to a daily routine.

I started with Charge HR then upgraded to Charge then Charge 2. Each time a little different but this time it's not as user friendly it seems because they are trying to be too techy. I use it at the gym and have to change exercises a couple times weights to bike etc. Charge 2 responded a lot better. This model is also very slow when downloading.

Only lasted 1 1/2 years then screen pixelated to the point that it was unreadable. Did not like that it was way too easy to accidentally set the screen on dim. Upgraded to the Fitbit Charge 5 and I like it much better

I am a swimmer and I bought this to track swimming stats. Unfortunately it doesn't offer much for a swimmer, in fact I think it tracks the least amount of data for swimming compared to all the other exercises it tracks. Therefore I am disappointed. For example: I mostly swim long course (50 meters) and occasionally short course yards (25 yard long pool). The device is not able to count laps for either correctly, as it thinks I am swimming in a 25 meter pool. The instructions say the pool length can be changed, but the app doesn't match the instructions. Another example: It offers no heart rate stats for swimming. Fitbit is supposed to be the leader in fitness tracking, swimming offers a huge opportunity for them to improve. Otherwise the product works well, except it is slow to sync with my phone. All the other aspects of the app are excellent. If the statistics for swimming were as extensive as they are for running it would get 5 stars. If you are a runner, buy this!

I love this Fitbit. It works great and is comfortable. I am writing this review almost 2 years after I purchased it. I wear it all day, everyday. I only take it off to shower, swim and clean it. I charge it when I shower. Never have issues with it not working. I like that syncs with the MyFitnessPal app, where I count my calories.
