It is comfortable to wear and I like its trim profile, unlike some other tracking devices. I was without it for a few days and really missed the hourly reminders throughout my day to get up and move. The sleep tracker has made me more aware of my sleep patterns and has helped me improve the quality of my sleep.

Great addition to keeping track.

The Charge 3 allows me to track more accurately the things I need to. I like that you don’t have to go to the dashboard to check stats. It still gives me the reminder to move and celebrates when I have met a challenge. It is not as bulky as some of the others I looked at.

I purchased this item as a holiday gift. Garmin has a great reputation. These devices continue to only get better and account for different activities/lifestyles. The watchbands are easy to swap out and water resistance were my decision points on this product.

Not only does it track steps, miles, calories, sleep, heartbeat and more; it also serves as a watch, alarm, and provides weather updates. I was surprised to find my messages are also delivered to this device. I love it! I have also purchased additional straps which give the Fit bit a very fashionable or sporty look.
