I was kind of hesitate to buy at first because of its size. But I love the sleek design & look. Very comfortable to wear.

Lots of new things to love with this fit but but I do find some things harder to do. I wish they would bring the charge 2 face to the new charge 3.

Took care of my Fitbit problem because we had service contract for all electronics we own. Handled efficiently and customer satisfaction was 100%.

I guess i got unlucky with my unit and got a glitchy one. It constantly desyncs from my phone for weather updates, it has incredible delay in tracking calories. I’ll be resting at the gym with 100cal to go, and boom only 70 to go! How did i lose 30cal in 10sec by resting? Im going to get an exchange for hopefully a better unit..

I walk a lot in DC so it’s nice to keep track. I also love how it tells you when you need to move. Best Fitbit out there for a reasonable price!

Shipping was fast and painless. This is a replacement for another fitbit. It is a great item and is very useful for my needs.

Bought this for my husband for am early Father’s Day gift. He loves it! Simple to use and perfect for tracking your exercise.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. He does not have a smart phone and it stated that you did not need a smart phone to use and that it would sync with a tablet. So far so good. It synched the first 4 days and now it will not sync with anything - tablet, smartphone, nothing...Fitbit has been contacted and they are trying to fix the problem, however, without the app it's just a fancy watch.

... wish it had more display options/customizability. Heart rate, step, and sleep trackers are great... The app is also!

My fitbit is not registering stair climbing correctly. It is showing me having climbed anywhere from 30+ to 60+ flights of stairs a day. They have agreed it has a problem and are sending me a new one. Hoping this one is better. Not sure how accurate the other features are but will compare when I receive the new one.

Works great but has froze withing the first week of getting it. Did a little research and figured out how to reset it.

I upgraded from the Charge. I love the additional features this version has. I have already completed one software update and have had no issues.

It’s an amazing tool for exercising and keeping up with your activities I love that it has the sleep tracker that tells you how good you’ve slept

My family has owned many Fitbit brand fitness trackers. They have all been excellent. And they back the quality of their product!

Its so good for people who work. My boyfriend works a office job and hes always sitting down so its good to have the fitbit remind you to move.

Doesn’t have pay option. Difficult to work with ios. Can’t respond to texts. Was very difficult to even get notifications on it. Customer support was a joke. Basically an expensive watch and heart rate tracker! Which brings me to the fact that you don’t get to see what your heart rate was during sleep unless you pay a subscription. I should have done more research

After using the Charge 3 for a few weeks, I am very impressed. Feedback from it has helped me get back to my fitness routine and get results!

We bought for my daughter on Xmas. Anything that tears her away from the iPad/iPhone is a winner in my book. This does the trick!

Previously I had the original fitbit charge HR. Great improvements. Better fit for small wrists. Small and large bands included.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She is always wearing it and likes how it keeps track of her daily steps.
