Worked very well until the screen went black 20 months later. Loved the product though.

Loved it. All aspects of it. Then it died, dead. Went to Best Buy. Guy told me it’s a terrible product. They wouldn’t exchange it. This is my second Fitbit product. I owned multiple Fitbit Charge 2s, which also had to be replaced frequently. I guess I won’t buy another one, which is disappointing, because I really like everything about both versions, except their short life span. Not worth the money if they don’t last.

Having had prior versions of this Fitbit tracker, I was happy to see the improvements they made. It does a lot more, and is very user friendly.

it’s good , lol that it’s water proof. want to get a different band though
