The Charge 3 is a good device overall. It is quite accurate! Before buying the device, I had read many reviews online that the problem with Fitbit is the Warranty Department. I read that should the device malfunction it would be very difficult to work with the Warranty Department. This has been the exact case for me! The band will no longer connect to the device. Per instructions from Fitbit I have sent five pictures, a video, had an online chat, a phone conversation, and six emails to this point, and still I can’t get a replacement device or any real direction. Instead I have received stalling emails asking where I live and where I bought the device despite having an account on file with Fitbit. I have went above and beyond what has been instructed by Fitbit, and to this point all for nothing. I do not recommend this company! Good device, but very, very poor service. Very poor experience for me with Fitbit!

Bought this for my girlfriend she says the same thing that I say about mine it’s not accurate it’s good for the watch app for the blood pressure monitor other than that if you like it for accuracy it’s not it’ll say you’re doing steps when you’re actually not and it’ll say you’re burning calories in the middle of the night of like 800 Calories
