FitBit - too big to be fair

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great when it was working, then had charge issues, receive a pebble replacement, not sure if it was a refurbished one from Fitbit or not and then it failed about a month. It feels like the integrity of these devices are pretty crappy. I use it to monitor the hours/quality of my sleep and when I exercise, nothing complicated or fancy. Fitbit provided a 35% discount and with mother's day, the Fitbit 4 is on sale from $129.99 to $99.99 but they refused, by policy, to honor the 35% off of the sale price. Fitbit is too big to accommodate and do the right thing in this case after 2 failed Fitbit pebbles....
