    The tracker has generally worked well. The connection of the watch band to the tracker periodically comes loose. That can be a major problem since the watch can fall off and get lost. Periodically, the screen goes dim or blank but can be brightened.

    Be careful that your phone is on the compatibility list at Fitbit's site. I switched to Garmin when I found out my phone was not. Overall Fitbit is good for AIO fitness tracking (exercise, food, water, etc.), but there's better options for avid fitness enthusiasts.
