    My fitbit won’t sync to my phone after it updated. How disappointing. Plus the number view is hard to view during daytime for some reason. It has poor lighting. I am really disappointed.

    I used this for about a year, and several months in, the screen died, so I had to use my phone to interact with it and determine step counts and other vitals. At first I was seeing vertical white lines, followed by horizontal black lines before the display went out completely. I'm pretty sure this is due to some kind of design flaw, as I had a Charge 2 suffer a similar fate, and I did not do anything crazy with them. The straps also eventually broke, though they can be replaced Fortunately, Fitbit did honor the warranty and I opted to get a discount on a different device (with a different type of display) rather than replace it.
