Bought Charge 3 and it did not record all steps. Was sent a replacement and it does not record all steps. I am keeping it, but not very happy with it.

I have had some issues with my Fitbit, keeping it updated, a little hard to read, small writing on the face, now the backlight very dim, hard to see

Works mostly ok, it does the basics of a wearable for monitoring. Doesn't do well when you switch the wrist you wear it on. Takes time to sync and have to change the settings.

My Fitbit was working fine then all of a sudden it just stopped working. Maybe it was a defective watch but I’ll be purchasing another one because the watch does what is required.

I love how this encourages me to exercise and just move more. However, I am noticing that it sometimes counts steps while I am driving. This made hitting goals disappointing.

Fit watch keep track of steps and connects with phone easy. Didn't like the connection part to charge some times hard to line up correctly

Having used Fitbit trackers for 3 years, I am looking forward to when this version works properly...yes works properly. Sync is hit and miss and it has gone half the night without recording sleep, one of the things it is touted for and the previous version did very well. Give it another 30-60 days and maybe they will work out the issues the more firmware updates. A lot of promise, but not yet ready for primetime...

This Fitbit Charge 3 works very well when walking. However, we found that it counts steps when driving the car. I just need to keep this in mind at the end of the day.

We have had nothing but problems with the band on the Fitbit and now they won't warranty it.

This was an upgrade to an older fitbit that had died after a few years of service. It's fine. Just hope it doesn't expire in a year or two.

So i kind of assumed this would do the same thing my cell phone app would do. Every time i mowed the lawn on a riding lawn mower it tracked me as running, when i sat stationary at my desk and just bounced my leg it tracked me as walking. At the gym i would jog/run for 60 minutes a day and it only tracked at max 40 minutes of that work out. The heart rate monitor seems to be about the only thing that is accurate. I'm not saying don't get it but just know that it's not good/perfect.

I've had a fitbit alta HR for about a year and i'm obsessed with it so I wanted to upgrade. The Charge 3 was on sale so I jumped at the chance, unfortunately the HR monitor would not work even after fully charging, resetting and leaving it on for 2 days. I called and they said it was defective so I exchanged it for another one... which had the exact same problem, so I had to return it again. Really sad about this but still using my Alta HR in the meantime which is a great product!

While I really wanted this for its waterproof/swimming feature, it did not act as a watch to tell time unless you touched it. I can't always do that so I returned it.

I got this to track my workouts instead of using my phone. Some of the functionality isn't consistent, for instance if you're reading and sitting still it will think you're asleep. The community is typically on the toxic side. Finally, given the Google buyout and their recent quest for medical data I don't particularly care to willingly give Google more of my personal data.

The first one we bought died quickly. The second one is still working. It would provide good value for the money if the quality was better.

It usually doesn’t light up unless I use my free hand to press the button! So it’s a two handed watch! Not convenient. Step counter isn’t accurate, easy to cheat.
