Easy to setup. Was excellent monitoring all my vitals. Then about 5 days ago it just died. Still got to take it back.

I was impressed with the 1st and 2nd generation of watch. This generation isn’t reliable. Sleep mode, stairs and more is inaccurately.

Calories counter is a lie, steps are only calculated if your arm is mobile if you have your arm on the elliptical to hold on sometimes it doesn't count steps

Made the mistake of buying Fitbit on sale assuming they are all the same. Not as versatile of features I wanted. Exchanged for Garmin.

large screen makes it easy to read the time, feels awkward to sleep with so good luck with that otherwise ok, haven't smashed it yet, but still early

Works well except with updates GPS does not track correctly. Could be a problem with phone support. All other features work well.

So far not much of an improvement over the charge 2. Several features not yet present in the software, so hoping you're are coming soon to make it worth it.

Works Ok, not sure if accurate as it does not match the Dr. office readings. No instructions; cannot forward results to Doctor.

Very disappointed that I had to return it. I liked everything about this tracker but the very frustrating process of pairing it to my phone. I wish I had read the online reviews before buying. Google my C3 won't pair see how many people have this problem. If you don't plan on tracking your workout stats via the Fitbit app then you'll be happy with this tracker but if you wish to use the app on your phone then buyer beware.

I bought this for my husband as anniversary gift. It looks better than Charge 2 for sure but not that great. It counts all the hand movement in steps.

I had to return my first charge 3 coz btry only lasts 3 days. Second one was good. The only thing that’s junk is bestbuy don’t offer warranty anymore.

I have had this watch replaced once, and now the replacement has gone out. Fitbit did replace at no cost. They need to come up with another way to charge these watches. Would never buy another fitbit unless they change the charging port. Wont charge wont power out, was told by CS to clean woth alcohol that didnt work. Worked for about 2 months each time then goes out.

Best feature water resistance-took Fitbit long enough! Turning off alarms inconsistent, the alarm repeats. Alarms are not audible -just vibration.

The Charge 3 does a good job of providing fitness data; however, this unit would totally rock if it also controlled music on your iPhone/Android device!

I've had a Fitbit - Charge 2 for nearly two years and love it. I was looking forward to upgrading a bit with the Charge 3, but ended up very disappointed. I spent days working with my computer, tablet, and Fitbit technical support, but never got it to work. Too much frustration without an apparent solution so, sadly I returned it.
