I had the charge2 and the alta and loved them. This one has a lot of issues. It’s not worth it, would love to return it. It’s not accurate. Turns off and you have to reset it. You fully charge it and it shows just 20% after 15 minutes.

I have owned a Fitbit since they first came out. By far, the Charge 3 is the worst. The sleep tracker is usually an hour off, and the step counter is highly inaccurate. I have been driving in my car and it says I have hit my hourly step goal. In addition, on days that I don't work out, I log 40-50 minutes of activity by doing little to nothing.

Fitbit - Charge 3 Activity Tracker

The Fitbit - Charge 3 Activity Tracker was a bit disappointing because the wristband breaks way too soon and replacement band prices are ridiculous after just dropping $100+ on a brand new device. I recommend going with the Fitbit Versa instead. Sure, the Versa costs more, but you'll spend more over a short period of time on new wristbands for Chrage 3.

My Charge 2 worked great and synched flawlessly so I bought the Charge 3. It never synched completely via BT and since the Fitbit software upgrade it doesn't sync at all. BT works and several other devices I have but not Fitbit. I would not purchase a Fitbit product again.
